~ TWENTY TWO ~

She set up the stand and opened the bottle with ease before cleaning the water up.​

I may have walked over slightly and poured a little over her head but idontwannabeyouanymore started playing so I instantly ran over to the stand and pretended like I did nothing.​

The show finally ended. Not like a bad way but I'm just exhausted. I go into a room specifically only for me and got dressed out of the sweaty clothes. There was a knock on the door so I unlocked it and opened it to find a bottle of water with a post it on it. 'I love you baby -R'​
Was all that post it said.​

This is gonna be a constant joke now no doubt. I opened the bottle easily she must have opened it already and took a sip before I spat it out. Dis bitch really gave me sparkling water huh.​

Grabbing me stuff I walked to the Reese's car and waited inside ready for the thing I've been waiting for all night. The date.​

We pulled up to the restaurant that finn and Claudia was going to. Yeah I know right I found out her name. Well I had to ask Finn so I didn't seem ignorant.​

We waited in the car for finn since it's just too much hastíe to hang around waiting in the public eye. I managed to convince my mom that I don't need any security since Reese will be there but I'm not going to let her do anything because it is our date night.​

About 5 minutes after we parked up finn parked next to us. Reese got out and walked to my side to open my door. I may have possibly told her that we need to pretend that we are dating because of Finn. What I'm desperate okay.​

My thought process is that if we act like a couple she'll realise how much she misses it and we get back together by the end of the night.​

We all walked up to the restaurant hand in hand just making conversation with Claudia since the rest of us had already met.​

I found out she's a YouTuber and actress. I think she could add modelling to the list because damnnn if I wasn't head over heals for Reese I would try and steal her from finn.​

Also she can speak polish. I don't care people who can speak multiple languages are hot. I know y'all are tryna think of ugly ass people who can speak multiple languages but I don't mean physically like mentally.​

We signed into our reservation and was taken to the booth that we were sat at. We all ordered water to start off and just looked at the menu seeing what to eat. The only problem is is that this restaurant is vegan so there is so many options to choo-. Panicking. I was just in my thoughts talking to you about what's currently happening and REESE PUTS HER HAND ON MY THIGH MOVING HER THUMB UP AND DOWN.​

I understand I said to act like we were dating but I didn't mean to get me sexually frustrated in the process. I ended up opting for this vegan and gluten-free burrito. Obviously. While we were waiting for our food we were just talking about random things. Reese's phone started ringing she picked it up and dismissed herself "I'll be back now love" she kissed my on the forehead and walked out of the restaurant.​

"Billie" finn said more stirnly​

"Mhm"​

"You told her didn't you"​

"I don't know what your on about"​

"Quit the act you told her to act like you two were dating didn't you"​

"So clauds how are you finding this double date" i respond changing the conversation.​

They leave it alone seeing that Reese came back . Except this time she's not as happy as she left. Her eyes are glossy and I can tell she's putting on an act. I put my hand out and she put her hand in it allowing me to squeeze it comfortly.​

Throughout the night I would glance and see the acting on her face from a frown to a smile. Both finn and Claudia went to the washroom so I decided to bring it up.​

"What's up"​

"Nothing wbu" this bitch​

"Reese I'm serious what's wrong"​

"My dad. He passed away last night from a cardiac arrest"​

I brought her into a hug comforting her.I thought she didn't like her dad but her reaction is say something different "it's all going to be okay" I rub her back as she starts sobbing into my shoulder.​

"I was g-going to meet him next week to tell him that I don't care what he thinks about our relationship but your the only thing that will make me happy but now I can't because he's dead. I've never stood up to him before but the one time I'm finally not scared of him he's gone"​

I don't say anything except sit there comforting her. I'm not going to make this about me. Yeah I can be petty but and I don't like her dad but I can't do that to her.​

She eventually calmed down so that finn and Claudia didn't see her this vunerable. We finished the date up I payed for the whole thing and we walked to the car park.​

The drive home was quiet apart from the slight music. She pulled up to my house but I made her come in for the night. I didn't want her to be left alone knowing what she could do alone with her own thoughts.​

She took my bed and I took the massive beanbag which is in the corner of my room and fell asleep after I knew Reese was asleep. Well that was a bit unexpected.
