Steve Rogers x reader ~ all I ever wanted (Smut)

''Can I come in? Please? I really need to talk to you.''

It was quiet for a moment. You really wanted to shut the door in his face but you just walked into the living room. Steve stepped inside and closed your door. You turned off the TV and your phone before turning to him.

''Do I want to know what you have to say?'' You asked. ''Are you just going to run off after this to go back to your ex?''

''No listen.. I was about to go back but I found my flipphone in my pocket and it had a picture of us on it and I couldn't do it.''

You didn't say anything and just looked at him. Steve sighed and looked at you.

''Y/N.. I thought about everything we have been through and everything you've done for me. The sacrifices you made to stay with me even thought we weren't even dating.''

He stepped a little closer to you. You didn't move. You were just frozen in place.

''I don't love Peggy anymore. I thought I did but it turns out I was just denying my feeling for you because I was afraid I was going to loose it again. Just like I lost Peggy.. but by doing that I realised I lost you.''

You posture softened as he got a little closer.

''I'm so sorry. I'm sorry that it took me so long to see this. I'm angry at myself. I hate myself for not seeing this before. I must've hurt you so badly. I know I can make this up to you but-''

You interrupted him by hugging him. Steve stopped taking and hugged you back right away. He held you tightly against him.

''I'm sorry.'' He said again. ''I really am, I just-''

"Ssh.'' You said while looking up at him.

You stood up on your tippy toes and pulled his head down. You pressed your lips against his. This was all you ever wanted. All you ever needed.

You pulled back and smiled at him. He smiled back at you.

''It's getting late..'' You said.

''Yeah.. I should probably-''

''Stay here?''

Steve looked at you and grinned.

''Yeah. I should probably stay here.''

You grabbed his hand and pulled him upstairs. Steve walked with you. He had a feeling of where this was going but it made him nervous.

''Y/N-''

You stopped on top of the stairs and turned to him.

''Yes?''

You looked at him and smiled. Steve joined you on top of the stairs and he looked at you.

''Don't you want to?'' You asked.

''Uhm I do. I do.. I just.. I've never done this before.'' He said. ''Before I became a super soldier I was kind off a loser and then during the war I was too busy fighting and then I got frozen and afterwards all I did was kiss ladies but I never actually... you know.''

You pressed your lips against him gently.

''It's alright.'' You said.' 'Thanks for telling me. If you feel uncomfortable just tell me.''

''I'm not. I really want to do this. I just thought you should know that.''

You bit your lip and grabbed his hand. You then took him into your bedroom. He closed the door behind him and you let him. He took of his shoes while you climbed onto the bed.
