Start from the beginning

"Like a date?" Allison wore a humorous smirk, her eyebrows stood raised as she watched the Hale's eyes widen in alarm.

"N-no."

"Why not?" Harper folded her arms, challenging expression demanding valid reasonings "It's clear to all that you're in love with her."

"Wha-" Peter's eyebrows creased, clearing his throat in an attempt to level his tone "when have I ever uttered such a thing?"

"It's not about words dad, it's evident within your actions, they way you look at mom." Harper informed as though it were obvious.

"And how do I look at her?" Peter questioned.

"As though she hung the moon and the stars within the sky." Allison released a chuckle at the tinted cheeks of the Hale "You eyes are automatically drawn to Rea the moment you feel her presence, you look at her as though she's everything, the only one to exist within your world."

Chris felt his eyes twitch, quick to move towards the exit "That's enough. I don't need nor wish to hear such things. I may actually shoot him otherwise."

"Pleasure as always Chris." Peter called, sarcastic smile set in place as she peeled the fridge door open.

"Oh, and Peter?" Chris paused on at the doorway, head whirling to meet the man's gaze "The next time you wish to take Andrea out, one-" the man lifted mocking fingers to be visible to the Hale's eyes "use the door like a normal human-"

"I'm not human."

The father ignored the remark, lifting his second finger as he continued "Two, don't come at such an unholy hour."

"Derek was giving me an impossible headache with his snoring, I had to escape the apartment before I gave into temptation and smothered him with a pillow." Peter's hands rose in surrender, chuckles escaping the Argent's all aware of Derek and his snoring issues that he refuses to accept.

The footsteps met their ears, alerting them of her presence a while later. Andrea's lips twitched as her eyes fell to her daughter and sister sat at the island, plates of French toast lay before them, teasing the Hale man if his expression was anything to go by "What are you guys talking about?"

"Nothing." Peter blurted, extending the mug towards her in hopes of steering her attention from the topic at hand.

"I love you." A smile took her lips, pressing a kiss to Peter's cheek before swallowing a gulp of the warm liquid "Thank you."

"You're welcome." Peter's arm wrapped around her shoulder's, tugging the brunette closer. Glancing over Andrea's shoulder's he witnessed the kissy faces being made by the girls, quick to shoot them a warning glance in hopes they would drop the topic.

Andrea's eyebrows furrowed at the passing giggles "Seriously, what is the matter with the both of you? Please tell me you're not high on sugar once more, I can't deal with that again."

"No, mom. We're not high on sugar." Harper was quick to assure the woman, mischievous eyes piercing her father's skull, though she heard the sigh of relief that fell from her mother.

"Thank god." Andrea's finger flickered between the two, giving a fond roll of her chocolate orbs "I don't need Allie breaking her arm once more because she fell from the table she was dancing on."

"Ready to go?" Peter questioned.

Andrea released a hum, quickly downing the rest of the coffee "Yeah, let's go." She leant forth, a kiss pressed to both girls temples "I shall see the both of you later."

"Bye."

The clicking of the lock echoed within the now silent home, Allison shifted her body to face the auburn haired girl "The both of them are such oblivious idiots."
