The middle of the living room had been cleared out—sofas pushed to one side, the coffee table to the other. And right in the center sat Jin, Namjoon, Yoongi, Yoonji, Hobi, Jimin, and of course, our Tae and Kook.

All eyes were on Jin, who wore a mischievous grin, clearly proud of the idea he had forced everyone into.

"So, let's start the fun everyone. " Jin announced with a proud smile, some cheered while some groaned.

"Who the hell plays truth or dare in the middle of the day Jin hyung.. " Whined the irritated one..

"Min Yoongi, if you want to play, then sit down. If you don't want to play, then also sit down." Jin basically threatened the poor cat with his sweeeeeeet smile.

"Yaah, grumpy cat, sit down quietly right now. And for your kind information, it’s not Truth or Dare, it’s Dare or Dare," Yoonji scolded her grumpy brother.

"What’s the difference in that..." Yoongi grumbled under his breath—but unfortunately for him, Jin heard him bright and clear.

"Oh, you don’t know the difference, Yoongi-ah? Don’t worry, hyung will give you the most unique dare, so you understand very well, okay?"

This time, Yoongi was actually scared. If anyone could come up with the wildest dares, it was Jin. And clearly, he had just become his next target.

"Ok, as Jin hyung suggested, we are going to play Dare or Dare! I’ll spin this bottle, and whoever it stops in front of has to do the dare given by the person sitting opposite them. So—ready? Three, two, one...”

The bottle spun wildly on the wooden floor, everyone leaning in with anticipation. Taehyung and Jungkook barely looked at it—Jungkook still had his arms crossed, refusing to even acknowledge Taehyung’s puppy eyes.

And click—the bottle stopped, pointing directly at...

“Min Yoongi!” Jin announced like a game show host, clapping his hands dramatically. “Aha! Perfect start!”

“Ugh,” Yoongi groaned, already regretting his life choices.

“And lucky for us,” Jin grinned wickedly, “I’m sitting right across from you.”

“Nope. I quit,” Yoongi tried to stand up.

“Sit down, catboy,” Yoonji pulled him back by the sleeve.

“So, your dare is...” Jin paused for effect. “You’ll go outside, knock on the gate, and when the guard opens it, you’ll tell him you’re the long-lost son of the Jeon family and demand your inheritance.”

The whole room burst into laughter.

“I’m going to destroy you, Kim Seokjin,” Yoongi mumbled, but he stood up anyway, face red, already mentally preparing his dramatic act.

Yoongi stood up with the most deadpan expression possible, brushing imaginary dust off his sweatpants like he was walking the red carpet.

“If I get disowned because of this, I’m blaming all of you,” he muttered as he stalked out of the room, dramatic as ever.

Everyone rushed to the window like a bunch of nosy neighbors, trying not to laugh too loudly.

Outside, Yoongi reached the front gate, cleared his throat, and knocked three times—loudly.

The guard, a kind older man named Mr. Han, opened the gate with a curious expression.

“Yes, sir?”

Yoongi straightened his back, puffed his chest out, and with the most serious tone he could muster, declared,
“I am Min Yoongi—the long-lost heir of the Jeon dynasty. I have returned to claim what’s rightfully mine: the mansion, the wealth, and one (1) black cat.”
