This may be my last update for a while, tomorrow I am going to see Fall Out Boy and I'm so excited. Then the next morning I'll be making my way to Minnesota for 8 days! So I'll update as soon as I can.

"No!" I scream, pounding on the window only to be pulled away by men dressed in black who held my arms behind my back. "No! We can't just leave him! Please!" I beg, feeling the familiar sting of tears burning my eyes and soon enough they're falling down my face. I knew I'd lost him, my boy with the bread, my husband. And all because these people couldn't wait for two more people to board. I'm sat in a chair where I pull my knees to my chest, put my head on them and begin to sob. I didn't want to believe he was dead, I wanted to think that he was okay, that I would see him again but I knew I wouldn't. I cling to the jacket around me that was once his, more tears falling.
"Katniss.." I look up to the voice and there's Johanna. "Katniss I'm really sorry." I want to answer her but I can't come up with any words so I sit in silence and try to distract my mind.

Once we arrive at the camp everyone seems to notice me. Many swarm towards me but as soon as they begin to ask about Peeta, I can't help but start to cry. I feel someone's arms around my shoulders, someone who'd pushed through the crowd.
"Alright! Alright! Leave the poor girl alone, can't you see she's upset!" And after that everyone seems to back off, the girl leading me off to a tent. She wore torn jean shorts and a black tank top that showed her curves.
"Thank you." I mumble, wiping my tears away and fight back the ones threatening to fall.
"Of course." She grins and that's when I really notices the scar that runs from her left eye down to the corner of her jaw. I guess it'd been hidden before by her long dirty blonde hair. "I'm Arabella by the way." I hear the slight accent to her voice and my mind wanders to figure out where she's from but am quickly called back to focus when a man with darker skin walks in.
"Getting her settled?" He raises an eyebrow at Arabella who nods but then he looks at me. "I'm Jason, I'm really sorry to hear about your husband."
"C-Can we please not talk about that..?" I look at him sadly, chewing my lip. He nods his head, thankfully understanding.

Later Arabella gives me tour of the camp. It was set up by a lake but was concealed enough by the trees that no one would find it. Arabella opened up easily to me, explaining that she'd been apart of the first resistance and that's where the scar was from; but at that time she'd been very young and now was eighteen. We went to the long table when dinner was being served to get food on our plates and then we were sent off to sit wherever in the grass or in a tent. This was the most food Id had ever since Peeta and I went into hiding, it was hard not to gobble it all up.
"Arabella?" I ask, lifting my head from my turkey and cheese sandwich:
"Yeah, what's up?" She looks at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Do you- do you think Peeta could be alright?" The word had spread about what had happened and even though she didn't say anything, I knew she had heard.
"Anything can happen Katniss, so yes. I think Peeta can be alright, and I think that you'll see him again." She gives me a reassuring smile and I can't figure out if she's just saying all this to make me feel better, but really I think that's what I like most about her.
But I'm sure not ready to believe Peeta's dead.
And I plan to see him again.
