𝘀𝗲𝗼𝘂𝗹, 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮..
"TAERI, COME TAKE THE photo with us!" Haneul cheered out as she practically bounced over to her best friend and dragged her by the arm over to the huddle of teens next to the school gates.
It was the last day of school before summer break, and everyone was quickly getting their last minute photos done with their friends before the heat got them too sweaty throughout the day.
Taeri laughed whilst being dragged over to the huddled mixed group of boys and girls, getting squashed up against none other than Kim Sunoo in the process, his cheeks now a soft pink colour as he flashed the girl a gentle smile.
Once the photo had been taken and everyone had disbursed, Sunoo still stuck around. His eyes lingering on Taeri for a moment or so as she continually laughed at something Haneul said - her eyes glistening with happiness, her head thrown back just as her hand came to cover her wide smile. She was beautiful.
"Hi, Taeri." He softly spoke, standing right beside the young girl, not failing to catch the wiggled brows of Lee Haneul, her smile turning into more of a cheesy smirk.
Taeri noticed how the Kim boy gulped, and how sweat traced his hairline, which definitely wasn't from the warm temperature. "I was wondering if you wanted to hang out after school with me?" His voice trailed off, his eyes looking everywhere other than the girl in front of him.
The Song girl thought for a moment and earned a subtle nudge from the girl beside her.
"Sorry, I have to help Haneul pack her suitcase." Taeri kindly excused, a small smile resting on her plump lips.
Sunoo's face dropped while he began to slowly nod, emharracamant and sadness basically glowing off of him. "But I'm free tomorrow.." she quickly added, trying to lighten the boys mood.
Haneul awkward pierced her lips into a thin line, praying for the awkward situation to be over with already. "Sure! Tomorrow!" Sunoo nodded with a wide grin. "Where should I pick you up?"
"At my house, Taeri's sleeping over before our holiday." Haneul interrupted with a bit of a cheer, linking both of her arms around Taeri's. "You remember where that is right? You came to my birthday party last year..."
The Kim boy quickly nodded and looked over at Haneul. "Yep, it's not far from Sunghoons." He stated, his pale skin sparkling under the hot sun - his light brown eyes glowing with sincerity.
Park Sunghoon, was a former student at Saehwa High School and one of Heeseung's friends. Haneul believes that Sunghoon is the reason for Heeseung's downfall - that he was the one who introduced him to the weed and day drinking. It was definitely no secret that the Lee family (besides Heeseung) hated the Park boy.
