(A/N: I didn't know how to thank everyone, if I should reply to each comment or make one big comment thanking you all, so I went with the latter. Thank you for all of the comments on the first chapter, I'm really happy you all liked it. P.S. this chapter isn't very long and not much happens, but a new character is introduced).

Chresanto's P.O.V.

"Mr. August, you've got a visitor".

"Who is it?" I murmured, glancing up from the book I was reading. My assistant, Abigail, was standing in the doorway. Her green eyes were fixated on me as her hands held a clipboard close to her chest.

"Mr. Lopez".

"Send him in".

She nodded before leaving, I marked my place in my book before closing it and placing it in a drawer.

"Guess who bought a suit" my friend, Rayan, said as he waltzed into the room. He looked at me as he spun around in a circle, showing off the black suit he was wearing. "This will be one out of many, by the way".

"It looks nice" I stated, "is that my lunch?"

"Jesus, I'm not even in the room for five minutes and you're asking me about food. Yes, it's your food" he muttered, placing the bag of Chinese food on my desk. I smiled, picking up the bag and reaching in to grab the two boxes. Once they were on my desk and opened, I was very pleased to see the chow mein and minced pork dumplings I'd ordered, along with duck and soy sauce. I hummed softly, opening a packet of soy sauce and pouring just a bit on both the noodles and dumplings.

"Rayan, where are my-"

"Chopsticks".

I looked up, realizing he was holding packaged chopsticks in his hand, "thanks". Ripping open the package, I leaned back in my chair and propped my feet up on the corner of my desk.

"So, what's the suit for?" I asked before picking up a dumpling with my chopsticks and stuffing it in my mouth.

"I'm trying to be more formal" he admitted, he moved and sat in front of me. "I only bought one because I didn't want to buy too many and then decide that I didn't like them".

"Why didn't you ask me to shop with you?" I questioned, reaching over and picking up my mug.

"You were working" he shrugged, he dug his hand into the brown paper bag that was still on my desk, pulling out one of three fortune cookies. I watched him casually, taking in his appearance in the suit, I had to give it to him... I didn't think he even knew where to buy a suit. He looked good in one, way better than he did in his casual attire, which was sweatpants or baggy jeans, and some old T-Shirt. Rayan had a head full of shoulder length hair, which was in a neat bun at the moment, and his nails were a dark navy blue, which kind of clashed with the black suit, but I'm pretty sure his nails were painted weeks ago.

I watched his dark brown eyes squint to read the small letters on the paper he had removed from the cookie. "Start another chapter" he read, he scrunched up his face in confusion, looking up at me, "what the hell does that mean?"

I shrugged, eating my chow mein. "I don't know, maybe it means you should start another chapter in your life and stop adding more pages to the one you're living in now?"

"Or it means I need to finish that book I've been reading for over five months now" he muttered, ripping up the fortune and dropping it in the bag. He placed two cookies in front of me before standing up and moving about my office, glancing at pictures in picture frames and little arts and crafts. He moved to the floor to ceiling windows, staring out at other buildings. "I promise you've got the best view".

"I had the best view last night" I said casually, eating a dumpling.

Rayan looked over his shoulder, a tiny smirk on his face. "Who'd you buy?"

"A cute submissive".

A scoff emitted from Rayan, "of course, you're a dom, why the hell would you buy another dom? I'm not as stupid as you think I am, Chres".

"I don't think you're stupid".

"Yeah, yeah, whatever" he waved me off, "now, what was this cute submissive's name?"

I thought for a moment, "his name's Jacob".

Rayan hummed, looking out the window again. "What'd he look like?"

"Small body, not a lot of muscle, nice light skin complexion.... Big brown eyes and afro...."

"How big was he?"

"I already told you" I said, slightly confused.

"I'm not talking about how tall he is, I'm asking about what's hanging between his legs" Rayan turned around, leaning against the window. "How big is his penis?"

My lips formed into an 'O', "he's average". I could tell Rayan wanted me to tell him more, but I didn't. He huffed in slight annoyance, "was he any good?"

"Yeah, actually, he was great" I replied, finishing my chow mein, I closed my box of dumplings, placing them back in the paper bag. I was going to save the rest for dinner, I knew I would be too lazy to cook later on. "I think I might buy him again" I added casually.

"How much did he cost?"

"Eight".

"Eight what, Chresanto? Cents, dollars, hundred, thousand?"

"Hundred, more or less, maybe he was nine hundred? I don't know".

Rayan grunted, "Jesus, he's expensive.... He must have been good".

"Sean said he was the best one" I explained, turning to face my computer, I typed in my password and went to my work email. My eyes skimmed through emails, I used the mouse to mark off which could be deleted, and which could be moved to spam. "Plus, it's not like paying nine hundred dollars is hurting my bank account".

"Yeah, well did he meet up to his title?"

"Yeah, he was great, he rode me like a pro" I answered shamelessly, "I don't think I ever came so hard in my life".

"He must live up to his title if you're okay with admitting that". I hummed, glancing over when Rayan walked to the door. "Well, I guess I'll be leaving now, considering that your break's over and you're getting back to work. Call me when you get home". I nodded, not giving him my full attention. "At least say goodbye to your life long friend".

"I met you on a business trip" I muttered, "it hasn't even been five years".

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Bye, Chres".

"Bye, Ray".

I leaned back in my chair, continuing to delete and open emails. I sighed, tapping my fingers against the surface of my desk. My eyes moved to the fortune cookies Rayan had left behind, I grabbed one, opening the wrapper and pulling out the cookie. While eating the cookie, I read the fortune.

"Your eyes will soon be opened to a world full of beauty, charm, and adventure" I mumbled, working to chew and swallow the tasty cookie. I picked up my mug, drinking a bit of my beverage. I picked up the second cookie, easily removing it from the packaging. I read this fortune as well, "you never hesitate to tackle the most difficult of problems".

I frowned, grunting in disapproval. That was a lie.

I was an "alcoholic".

I never bothered to tackle the terrible "problem", because I didn't particularly see it as one. I loved alcohol, there were so many different varieties, and it helped me relax if I drunk enough. I never thought I'd become, what people call, addicted to it.... It just happened.

I sighed, frowning in annoyance. My alcoholism wasn't a problem.

I picked up my mug, bringing it to my lips and taking a rather long gulp. I closed my eyes, relishing in the taste of the Absolut Vodka.
