Part 42.

Soon we make it to the building of our school.

It's just crumbled and on the glass door it's marked as a safe zone.

Our group walks up the stairs and into one of the hallways.

Their dead bodies scatters on the ground.

I think about the first day.

When it first started and we were all running down the hallway fighting...

And the majority of the people that were fighting with us are gone.

As we walk up another flight of stairs and I think of Namra again.

"I hope it's Namra..." I say to Su-Hyeok as we hold hands and continue to walk.

He nods. "I wonder how she's been doing all this time."

I do too.

Has she been control herself?

Has she been alone?

Where has she been staying?

I keep asking myself these questions until we find ourselves standing infront of the fire.

"Who do you think?" Hyo-ryeong asks after a few moments.

"Maybe... it was a kid who came back to the school like us" Dae-su whispers.

Mi-jin taps his shoulder with a stick she found on the ground.

"Maybe it was a YouTuber or something" She says.

"No." On-jo just mumbles.

"Namra..." I say.

"Maybe she lit it because she missed us."

"How would you know that?" Hyo-ryeong asks.

"I don't know for sure. But I think I do..." I reply.

"You made it" A voice suddenly calls out to us.
The familiar sound of it makes me turn towards the person immediately.

Namra....

As soon as I see her I run over to her and hug her.

She hugs me back immediately.

I let go of her and see a warm smile on her lips.

"I'm glad you're alright... but you scared me! So bad!" I tell her, truthfully.

She smiles at me.

"I'm happy you're good, too."

Then, she takes my arm and approaches the whole group with me.

"Hey, prez." Su-hyeok greets her.

Nam-ra chuckles.

"Am I still your class president?"

A moment of silence follows her question.

"It's nice." She finally says.

I look at the others and watch them stare at her, not knowing what to say.

She seems to have changed a lot since the last time we saw her.

She has some scars on her face and she's smiling way more than I've seen her smile.
