Chapter 17 - Boss Level

Baymax slowly flys under a building and I immediately hop off. I wait as Hiro gives instructions to the rest of the gang. Lily makes eye contact with me and gives me a reassuring smile. I try to smile back but my nerves don't allow me.

Finally, Hiro hops off with Fred behind him.

Fred bounces around excitingly, "I can't believe this is actually happening! We're going to defeat a villain together!"

"Yeah..." I mutter, grabbing the lightsaber strapped to my hip, "I can't believe it either..."

Hiro points to a visible pipeline, "Can you open that?"

I frown, "Is that all you wanted the lightsaber for? To cut open something? I left Lily with Tadashi for this idiocy?"

He shakes his head quickly, "No. If I cut it with something as simple as an axe, it'll freeze over. I needed something warm and that wouldn't get stuck."

I blow on my bangs and slice the pipe. Hiro tries to lift up (keyword: tries) and I push him away and lift it myself. I smirk and hold the pipe as close as to my chest as I can and turn off my lightsaber. I smell the gas coming out from it and I cringe but I try to ignore it.

"Now what?" I ask as Fred readies himself in front of the pipe.

"We wait for the signal." 

I turn to Hiro, "What's the signal?"

Suddenly, I see a small object being thrown into the air, it's bright orange colour shines in the sun. It waves at the three of us. Once I recognize what's being thrown, I give Hiro my best glare.

"You decided to throw my sister?!"

He nervously nods and gestures Fred to do his part. Carefully, Fred blows fire into the gases and it causes him to to flying towards our villain. I watch as the villain looks around as if he was waiting for us.

Once Fred gets closer, the villain starts to walk away but not without hitting him with the mircobots.

I hear him mumble something along the lines of "Falling hard!" but I'm not exactly sure what he said. I notice the villain glance our way briefly before walking away and I immediately drop the pipe and almost hit Hiro's foot.

"Hey! Careful. I know you hate me b-"
 
"He's coming this way." I tell him, activating my lightsaber.
 
"Who?"

I roll my eyes, "Who else?"
 
He shrugs and I facepalm.

"I'm stuck with the biggest idiot in San Fransokyo."

"Hey!"

Suddenly, a bunch mircobots come out of nowhere to attack. I duck and pull Hiro down with me and immediately slice up the mircobots and use my telekinesis to throw them back to the villain and temporary blind him.

I look at Hiro, who's either frozen in fear or he's starstruck. (I can't tell at the moment.).

"Run."

He does so and I follow close behind. I constantly look behind me to see if the villain is following us.

"Guys, we need back up over here." I hear Hiro say to the comn and I tune into the channel.

"What did you do to my sister Hiro?"
 
I chuckle, "Relax Lils, I'm still alive."

"Good. Because if you died, I would kill you."

I roll my eyes, "The villain is near us. Mind sending us some help?"

"On it."

"Thanks Lils."
