Jaune's Primal Journey

Part 7

Jaune could not believe he survived initiation, he stood with Pyrrha, the hyper ginger girl who he learned was named Nora,, and a ninja boy whose name was Lie Ren.

Ozpin: ...Lead by Jaune Arc.

Jaune: Huh?

Ozpin: Congratulations young man.

Solus Prime: Good job Jaune.

Zeta Prime placed his hand on Jaune's shoulder

Zeta Prime: You did well Jaune.

Jaune beamed as his new team walked off the platform as Professor Ozpin called up Ruby and her new team mates. 

Jaune knew that things were gonna get interesting

for weeks after Jaune started getting used to Beacon life his classes were very interesting

*In Professor Port's class*

Port: Monsters, deeeeeemons, prowlers of the night. Yes the creatures of grimm have many names, but I call them... prey.

Megatronous Prime: BOOOOOOOOO!!

besides Megatronous Prime's cry no one else said anything

Port: Uuhhh.

Port decided to forgo getting a reaction out of the students and started "teaching"

everyone in the class started dozing off except Quintus Prime who furiously scribbled down any information he could gather before turning to Jaune 

Quintus Prime: Can you ask the professor if he knows how grimm reproduce?

Jaune: I'm not asking him that.

Pyrrha and Blake looked at him a bit confused so Jaune coughed hoping they would believe it

Pyrrha: Jaune are you alright?

Jaune: Yeah just got something in my throat.

Pyrrha was unsure but decided not to push it

*in Oobleck's class*

Professor Oobleck whizzed around the room at lightning speed, Solus Prime started working on blueprints to make a device that would make understanding the professor easier, Lunch time arrived and the students were sitting at tables or getting food from the kitchen staff

Jaune was eating his dino nuggets as team RWBY sat down across from him and his team

Yang: Another day another class that's impossible to understand.

Pyrrha: I wish there was a way to slow the professor's speech down.

as they talked Jaune was looking at the final design Solus Prime drew up

Solus Prime: Since the professor probably wouldn't like large machines in his class I designed this model after common glasses.

Ruby: What cha looking at Jaune?

Jaune: Something I wanna test out.

Weiss huffed

Weiss: So instead of studying you're going to be doing something stupid?

Before Jaune could reply a cry was heard the group looked over and saw Cardin pulling on a bunny girl's ear

Cardin: I told you they were real.

Sky: What a freak.

Blake: Awful

Pyrrha: I wish someone would do something.

Nora: Oo Let's break his legs.

Jaune then stood up and started walking over the power of Megatronous flowing through his veins

Megatronous Prime: Don't hold back.

Pyrrha: Jaune wait!

Jaune walked up behind Cardin and tapped him on the shoulder, Cardin turned around only to receive Jaune's fist right to his nose a loud sickening crunch was heard throughout the cafeteria as Cardin didn't have the speed to activate his aura in time.

Cardin: AAHHH!!

Jaune: Leave. Now.

the rest of Cardin's team dragged him to the infirmary as Jaune went over to the bunny girl

Jaune: Are you alright?

his voice was much softer

the bunny girl looked at him then looked around seeing team CRDL gone

Velvet: Th-thank you.

Jaune smiled

Jaune: I'm Jaune.

Velvet: Velvet.

Jaune: Where's your team?

Velvet: They have class right now.

Jaune You wanna sit with me and my team?

Velvet looked over then back at Jaune and nodded 

Velvet: Thanks.

the two walked over to where an amazed team RWBY and NPR were sitting

Jaune: Guys this is Velvet, is it alright if she sits with us.

the group agreed and the two sat down only for the intercomm to buzz to life a second later.

Intercomm: Will Jaune Arc report to Professor Goodwitch's office immediately.

Yang: Ouch. 

Jaune sighed and quickly finished his lunch before going to Goodwitch's office
