Vito laid out his plan, his voice calm and measured as he explained how their forces could work together to naturalize Alessandro's growing threat. Stefano listened intensely, occasionally nodding, but his expression remained unreadable.
When Vito finished, Stefano was silent for a moment, his gaze thoughtful. Finally, he spoke. " I'll consider it but if I agree, I'll expect something in return."
" what do you want?" asked Vito asked, his tone cautious.
" A seat at the table." Stefano said. " I want to share of your territories once this is over."
Antonio tensed, but Vito raised a hand to silence him. "We'll discuss the terms once Ricci is dealt with," Vito said.
Stefano studied for moment before nodding. "Fine. You have my support, for now."
