Back at the house, kleila paced anxiously, her mind racing with worst case scenarios. When Antonio finally called to update her, she snatched the phone from his hand.
"Is Vito okay?" She asked, her voice trembling.
"He's fine" Antonio assured her. "We held them off. Ricci's men retreated."
Relief flooded through her, but it was short lived. "This isn't over, is it?"
"No" Antonio admitted. "It's just the beginning."
