Well this was just great

Boruto and (Name) were in class,it was already late afternoon,the sky was dark orange and every one of their classmates is going home or somewhere else except the two of them,they were cleaning the bathrooms after (Name) did laps around the academy.Boruto was frustratingly cleaning the toilets while (Name) was scrubbing the floor.

Boruto finished and stood up,only to fall when he realised that (Name) was behind him while bending over "Watch it dumdass!"

"What the hell were you doing there?!"Boruto yelled back while rubbing his head

"Cleaning!"

"Ugh!I am dead to my dad later"Boruto said and helped (Name) in scrubbing the floor "All because of you,and mom would be worried to death..."

"Well thats your problem"(Name) said in an angry but slightly quiet voice "It's not like there's anyone waiting for me at home..."

Boruto blinked and looked at (Name) who had eyes filled with sadness,but it wasn't that obvious.What did she mean by that?No one was waiting for her at her house?Then something clicked in Boruto

She didn't have any parents

Boruto began to scrub the floor slowly,she doesn't have parents,then how did she grow up by herself?

"There,now we're done"(Name) said,wiping her fore head with her arm "Well,we can go home now,your majesty"She said sarcastically and stood up,she was about the walk away until...

Boruto grabbed her wrist

She felt an electric shock go to her hand,she turned her head to Boruto with wide eyes

"Since there's no one waiting for you...do you want to go and eat ramen first?"Boruto mumbled quietly,his pride somewhat disappearing as he said those words,he felt like he was asking her to go on a date with him

"Go with you?"

"Y-yeah..."

"You're paying then!I'm broke"(Name) said while giving him an impossibly huge grin

"Whatever!"Boruto yelled at her and stood up,punching her elbow

"ouch!What the hell!"

They washed their hands and went out.They walked to the ramen stand and sat down.Ayame walked up to them with a warm smile "What's your order?"

"Pork ramen"(Name) said,grinning like a little child

"Miso,where's Teuchi-san by the way?"Boruto asked

"Oh,he's resting,he's getting a bit old now"Ayame said while sighing "You're order will be ready in a few minutes"

Boruto sat there awkwardly while (Name) was humming and swinging her legs "Why did you invite me for all the sudden?"

Boruto almost choked and blushed slightly "S-so mom won't give me a long boring lecture about being nice,that's all really,Shino-sensei might tell her about the incident"

"Pfft,i heard you're mom's a softie,she'l forgive you"(Name) said,drumming her fingers "She's pretty by the way"

"Thanks"Boruto mumbled as he looked down briefly before looking at (Name).She looked so boyish and messy,well he could't blame her,no one really looked after her.So does that mean...no one acknowledged her?

Before Boruto could think more,Ayame served the two bowls of ramen with a warm smile "Here you go"

(Name) grinned and began to slurp the noodles happily

Boruto didn't know why,but he felt like (Name) was a lot like someone so familiar,but he couldn't figure out how.He just sighed and ate his ramen.After eating,Boruto paid formit as exactly promised and stood up

"Want me to walk you home?" 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING BORUTO,THIS ISN'T A DATE SHE ISN'T WORTH IT WHAT AM I DOING,STOP IT,STOP IT STOP IT'

"No thanks,i can do it,you look like you're being forced"(Name) said while putting on her tracksuit jacket,and stood up

"I-i insist" 'BORUTO STOP THIS,THIS ISN'T YOU,YOU CAN'T BE INTERESTED IN HER,YOU LIKE SARADA,STOP THIS'

"Whatever the hokage's son says"(Name) said in defeat

"Don't call me 'hokage's son',i have a name"Boruto stated,rather annoyed

"What's wrong with your dad?"(Name) asked curiously as they began to walk

"He's always busy with his hokage work,and it annoys me that when they see me,they always think of dad,not me"Boruto explained "I know,it seems a bit bratty for me to say that but i'm just getting sick of it"

"Well at least he makes time for you and your family,he's the hokage after all"(Name) said "Actually...i want to be come hokage"

"Pfft,good luck with that,i'm becoming hokage first,dumbass"

"I AM NOT A DUMBASS!"(Name) said angrily "I'll beat you just to get the title of the hokage!"

"No offense,but you're not really a decent ninja"Boruto said and shrugged.(Name) stopped on her tracks and jabbed a finger to Boruto's chest with a scowl on her face.She looked up slightly since she was,well,a shortie

"Screw you!I can beat you right this second!"

"We're in your apartment now,and i bet you can't even last for a second"

(Name) was about to argue back,but sighed and punched Boruto's arm

"Shut up teme"(Name) said and ran to the apartment,and disappeared from Boruto's view

Boruto rolled his eyes "Dobe"

He ran to his house while smirking
