They agreed and shuffled into the line. It didn't take as long as she thought it would to get them up to the front and only a few minutes later, they were sitting at a table with their respective coffee choices. The workers were on the ball today.

"So," Zelda excitedly clapped her hands on the table. "I have a super great idea for you guys. Do you mind?"

"Well, I'm literally entering in your stead, Z," Robbie leaned back comfortably in his chair. "Feel free to dictate what we're doing. If Purah here doesn't mind."

Purah waved her hand. "Of course I don't mind. What are you thinking, Zel?"

Zelda grinned excitedly, pulling out her phone. "Okay, so I--oh."

Purah didn't like the way Zelda's face fell. "What is it?"

"Father wants me to call him. I better do that," she stood, offering them an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry. I'm going to see what he needs really quickly and be right outside. Uhm, maybe take the opportunity to get to know each other a bit?"

The two Sheikah watched the golden-haired girl dial her father's number as she stepped outside. As soon as the door had closed behind her, Purah turned to Robbie. "You got a nickname for her too?"

"I've got a nickname for everyone," he draped his arms over the back of his chair, taking a sip of coffee. "Which means I should pick one for you."

"It isn't too early for that?"

"Nope. You get your nickname right off the bat."

She shrugged. "Alright then."

"Hm," he seemed to study her for a moment before his face split into a grin. "Cherry."

"Uhm, okay. Why?"

He gestured to her like it should be obvious. "The hair streak. That's really cool, by the way. I've never seen a Sheikah brave enough to dye their hair."

"Oh yeah. Something about breaking tradition, blah blah...I hear about it all the time," she paused. "Thank you. You're the first Sheikah I've met who's complimented me on it."

An easy grin slid onto his face. "Don't mention it."

She nodded and after a moment of silence, she asked, "Sooo...you make weapons?"

"Yeah! I like to experiment and stuff," he finally sat up straight, setting his mug on the table. "I'm trying to work on a pocket knife using Ancient tech right now. It needs some tweaking but it's almost done," a pause. "Z mentioned that you know a lot about Sheikah runes."

"You bet I do! See, what I'm trying to do is figure out a way to transcribe the runes onto objects, so they can be used outside of Sheikah Slates and--" she stopped. "Sorry, I got little carried away there."

"What? No, it's fine. That actually sounds interesting."

"You really think so?"

He flashed a grin. "Hell yeah. If you want to ramble about your ideas, I don't mind."

At this Purah laughed a bit. "You are a bit of an oddball, aren't you?"

He just shrugged and leaned back in his chair again. "Maybe. But no, seriously, tell me more about this transcribing runes thing, I wanna know more."

So she did.

When Zelda finally came back in, she found them in deep conversation about what materials might be used to engrave the Sheikah runes onto other objects and make it usable. She stood there for several minutes waiting for them to notice her and when they didn't, she spoke up, "I see you two are bonding well."
