Abigail P.O.V
As we started walking over there, I noticed a car... with bear traps stuck on the tires. The house wasn't as I expected.. I was thinking it would be more scary and old... It looked a bit scary I have to say, my heart was pounding. I stop walking, Jai looked back at me
"Did he build this?" I asked, he shook his head
"no, it was here already when we moved in. I found it when I was angry and took a walk since then I went here all the time with Liam. It was in better shape back then, but dad found out and didn't allow us to come here anymore..." I nod
"um Why is it call a tree house?"
"because I was a kid and I decide to call it a tree house since there were a lot of trees around....and I always wanted one... dad hear me call it a tree house so the name stuck to it" oh.. I see
"ready now?.." I nodded slowly, we walked towards the house. Once we were in, you could hear breathing...
"Jai.. what if we peek through any hole in the doors..?" he thought for a bit and nodded slowly, I went straight, down the hallway and I knew he wasn't in the first door so I walked straight to the second one. I got on my knees and looked under the door
"AHHHH" I jumped, it was Axel!
"ah ah ah, peeking counts" Scott chuckles "The color red suits him.. and my blaze on his neck.." I started breathing heavy, not knowing what to do. I could hear the voice in each room, my heart was pounding off my chest, I felt tears building up. I looked at Jai, he looked terrified.. this must have brought back bad memories.
I keep moving, so many doors... I run by every door and end up in front of the door next to the staircase and take a deep breath as I open the door
"ouf" he started gasping and coughing. I started looking around, my head was pounding. The room was empty with a speaker, I walked near it.. It was wireless. I grabbed it and threw it on the ground as I start feeling tears run down my cheek and screaming in despair
"LET HIM GOO! WHY!?! WHY ME?! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU?!?! LET HIM GO..." I fall on my knees, sobbing.
"P-please.." Jai pick me up "Abigail.." I wiped the tears and started walking out the house. I looked at the house and see through the windows... it's on the other side, I walk back in with the sound of Axel groaning. I felt the tears falling, the sound was the only thing I kept hearing.
"Abigail!" I hear Jai yelling my name, but I couldn't stand around. I got to the staircase and went up which was a long hallway, you could go right or left.. I chose right. There was doors on both sides, I open the third to my left since you could see the right side of the house through the windows and he wasn't there. I open the door quickly...
I heard the sound of a hit... not sure if it was a punch or a kick. I could hear Axel having a hard time breathing..
"Last door, choose wisely.." I got out the room feeling weak and useless.. I went to the very last door.. this is my last hope. My hands were sweaty, my heart was pounding through my ears, I felt sick I look down the hall, seeing Jai there.. Scared. Now I know what he went through, it must have been hell for him since he was just a child.... I closed my eyes and opened the door...
