~~~3rd person p.o.v.~~~
It was movie night with the gang, and they were watching The Gallows. Alec and Magnus were at the loft setting up for the movie. Simon, Izzy, Jace, and Clary were on their way.
Alec was in charge of making popcorn while Magnus put the movie in and set up the den. As soon as everyone arrived they were ready to start the movie. Jace and Clary sat in the love seat, Simon and Izzy in the recliner, and Magnus and Alec snuggled up on the couch.
The movie started with Charlie's accidental hanging. Every time there was a jump scare Simon jumped, screamed, or buried his head in Isabelle's shoulder. He was never really much for scary movies. But he sucked it up for Isabelle and watched it. Even though he was scared out of his mind.
They were at the part where Reese had a chance to leave the school, and everyone was commenting about it.
"Don't go back in there. You just escaped!" Magnus commented.
"If you go back in there you're going to die." Alec said while face palming himself.
"If it were me I would have just saved the girl and put an opening rune on the door." Jace said.
At the end of the movie when Pfeiffer and her mom killed the cops. Simon commented with a shaky voice "They killed two cops."
When the movie was over Jace commented to Simon. "Scared Daylighter?"
"Oh shut up." Simon said.
"But it wasn't even that scary. The entire movie was a bunch of jump scares." Magnus said.
"Your 400 years old! You all have seen way more scary stuff than I have!"
"You were turned into a rat and kidnapped by vampires."
"So, you were alive during both world wars."
"Guys, leave Simon alone." Isabelle said.
"Thank you." After that they all went home until it was just Alec and Magnus left.
Alec immediately fell asleep cuddled up to Magnus on the couch. Magnus picked Alec up and brought him to the bedroom. He stripped himself and Alec down to only their boxers, and crawled in next to Alec and wrapped his arms around his waist. "I love you" Magnus said before drifting off to sleep.
