"Ruin?" I question.
"Love ruins, Agastya. It does. Sometimes it ruins everything literally and figuratively, and sometimes it ruins all the bad things, and carve new beginnings. It's the latter in your case." Lara sounds sincere but I don't want to dwell on her words and instill hope.
"I don't know!" I walked away, not waiting for her response.
Lara was kind enough to understand and not take it to her heart, whatever Love did with her. Hurling insults and judging her character because of her animosity with me, was not fine but Lara understood it all. I apologized to her, but instead she asked me what followed the dance.

"We lie at the bottom of the news piece, why? Because we are not the news. We are the news makers. It's the information we need to pass on, we don't intend to fight our anonymity." A loud applause erupted as I was concluding the seminar speech. I was invited to a prestigious college for a journalism seminar as a guest, today.
I was looking at the crowd of young fresh minds who are budding journalists, when my eyes identified a certain someone.
Dressed in a light blue high neck sweater and a khaki pant, she looked no less young than the students present there. Lavanya's charm is undeniable. Who would guess that the crowd has the managing editor and ex CEO of The Gossip Bee among them?
She's so young, so dainty, so gorgeous!
"Raichand, I need a minute." She says clearing her throat, after giving me pissed expressions for a good five minutes, as we stand in the garden of the college. The dean was staring at us from a distance thinking what these two business rivals are doing. God!
And Love?
She would kill me, if she is allowed to do that. I laughed in my mind, thinking how would she look with a mask and knife in her hand.
"I can offer you a lifetime instead."
"I'd love to die rather." She says with a mean expression.
Oh, how much I am loving it when she's being mean to me. Because that's new and exciting!
"I wouldn't let that happen."
"By your grace, I would have surely seen the heavens." Her comment makes my heart bleed instantly.
"you would have surely seen the heavens with me, by your side." I whisper, leaning near her ear. I can hear her heartbeat pacing.
"what did you - JUST FORGET IT!" She murmur to herself, more than me, while pushing me away from her, at an arms distance.
"let me cut the crap! Mr. Agastya Raichand, I have come here to give you a clear ultimatum that I am not going to bear your presence around me. You can't go around kissing me, without my consent, in front of people." WOW! She said it in a breathe.
"Telling me as if you didn't kiss me back." A smirk plays on my lips while her lips go dry, her eyes helpless.
"It was a reflex. I acted against it right away." Stupid! Such a stupid statement, just for the sake of countering me.
"This is not an appropriate answer Love! At least think before what you say." I exclaim rather loudly.
"I hate you. And I wasn't involved in it." Lavanya turns her head, looking away.
"Am I allowed to test?" I lean again, smilingly.
"WHAT? What, kind of test?" she looks cute when she stutters.
