That's How I Know:
You know you're sick when you envy a child because of her weight.
You know you're sick when eating a salad makes you full of regret.
You know you're sick when you constantly play the game "Is she fatter than me?"
You know you're sick when you start fights just to get out of dinner.
You know you're sick when losing a pound a day isn't enough.
You know you're sick when you see a picture of yourself and impulsively gag.
You know you're sick when you want to starve yourself to death.
That's how I know I am sick.
