Once I had it formed I focused on the target. Without a second thought I shoot the target head on. The arrow pierces the tree and causes the bark around it to burn.

I smiled wildly and looked back at them. "I did it!"

Even though they had no facial features I could sense they were proud of me. The water spirit sprinkled water everywhere, cheering me on at how good I did. The earth spirit clapped her rock like hands, and the wind spirit nodded at me.

I felt great, like maybe I could do this after all. If I just continue training everyday then I have no doubt that I can defeat John.

The fire spirit comes out of my body, causing me to fall to my knees like how I did with the wind spirit. I felt weak, like all my energy was drained out of me.

The others came over to help me back on my feet. Even without a face I could tell something wasn't right here. They were worried. Like they knew something I didn't.

"Are you ok Mia?" The Wind spirit asks me.

"Ya, I just feel very tired now. Why is that?" I ask.

The sky above us started to turn black. The nice green grass was disappearing and now it was only darkness again. The elements went back to their original forms. "That's enough training today. Your body isn't used to this much power. We will continue more tomorrow." The wind spirit tells me. But I couldn't help feel like he was keeping something from me, something that he didn't wanna keep secret.

Without me even being able to say anything back they quickly disappeared. I felt myself falling again, but instead of hitting the ground, I woke up instead.

***

When I woke up I still felt tired. But I knew I had to get up to feed William.

I dragged my body off the bed to head to the shower. Once I finished I quickly got dressed and headed downstairs.

I walk in the living room to see Lincoln on the floor with William. It was great because William has now been able to lift his upper body off the floor. I was so exited the first time it happened. But now I'm just sad that he's growing up so fast.

"Hey beautiful, did you get enough sleep?" He smiiles.

I walked over and took a seat next to them. The minute Williams sees me he smiles as well. "Ya, sorry I over slept. I guess I was really tired."

William then begins to cry and I lift him up to feed him. Lincoln places his arm around me and I rest my head on his shoulder.

For some reason I really wanted to be close to Lincoln right now. Maybe because the wind spirit reminds me of him so much. I do love this new arrangement we have. But I feel that Lincoln has been a little distant lately.

"Lincoln, you wouldn't leave me, right? You still love me don't you?" I ask.

He sits up to look at me. His expressions looked like he thought I said something ridiculous, but I had to know. "Of course I love you, I love you so fucking much. If you ever left me I don't know what I'd do." He tells me. "Why are you asking me this?"

I lay my head back on his shoulders. "You've been distant lately. I feel like we don't spend that much time with each other anymore."

He lays his head on mine and plays with Williams hair. "I'm sorry Beautiful, I thought you could use some alone time with Axel to catch up on the things you've missed. And I kinda wanted to spend as much time with Willam as possible to make up the time I lost with him. But I promise to spend more time with you." He says as he kisses my head.
