Calum was right when he said Ashton wouldn't wake up for a while. In fact, the only thing that woke him was the sound of Calum accidentally smashing a plate...It was Luke's fault though, he should know not to scream in people's ears at unexpected moments. Ugh, children these days...

"Caaaaaluuuuum," Ashton whined. "I'm hungry."
"Um, Ash, when are you not hungry?" Calum shook his head.

Ashton gave him a disapproving look, as. "I'm never not hungry. Which is why I'm just going to raid your fridge now. Yeah? Okay. It's absolutely great that you agree with me," Ashton said, not even looking at Calum. Good to know that his stomach came before their friendship. Ashton obviously has his priorities.

"Yeah. Sure. Knock yourself out, buddy." Calum glanced at his phone. It's now 1. And Calum has just spent most of the morning messing around with Luke. And no, it was not that kind of messing around. No. It was the fun kind. Wait, Calum's just making this sound even worse. No. It was the joking kind of fun. Get your head out of the gutter Calum, he thought to himself. Great, now he wasn't just speaking in third person. No, he was thinking in third person. Yep. Because that's waaaay better.

"Calum what's your phone password?"

"Why would you want to know my-- Hey give me my baby back!"

Luke had Calum's phone in one hand, and his own phone in the other. But his attention was diverted to Calum's phone. The light coming from the device illuminated his face, even though it was getting brighter outside, but it really brought out his features. Even if they were grey, they were still pretty.

Okay, Calum has to admit that Luke is pretty. There's no point objecting it anymore. He has a really cute button nose, and this damn attractive lip ring, and these crystal looking eyes (even though Calum doesn't know the colour. And he probably never will) and he's got his hair styled in a quiff, and just everything about him is pretty. But just because Calum thinks that he's pretty, that doesn't mean that he might want to date him. Um, no. Calum is just stating facts.
