I rolled over from above him feeling too exhausted, i looked at him then me, we both had our shirts soaked  with blood

Cruz was unconscious beside me

I looked over at the guys and nodded in his way " check him" i said my voice normal but i was panting a bit because of the fight

Maya came up to him and checked its pulse" his pulse is slaw" she said she then raised his shirt and inspected him she then looked at the shirt and looked up confused

"I checked but, there is no bullet hole" she said

I was standing and heading towards the others by know, but i was walking slowly

" bull shit, you probably didn't inspect right. I'll do it" drew said   

He searched every inch of Cruz and looked up confused at us.

" she's right there's no bullet hole or bullet" he said

I was a couple of steps away from Hunter who was standing there, in the very front, looking at Maya and Drew like they've gone nuts

I lifted my shirt and smile weakly  " found it" i said in a weak, strained, almost audible voice and started to collapse, but instead off landing on the hard ground I landed in a strong but soft grip

I looked up and saw Hunters scared, worried, sad, angry, full off emotions face, i saw his eyes started to water and a tear slipped out sliding down his cheek

I weakly raised my arm and brushed the tear away with my index finger smiling weakly

" you cant leave me now, i refuse to let you go, we still have a lot to do, ju- j-just stay awake, please. Don't let go" his voice showed how much he was broken..

but i was too tired, my eyelids felt too heavy,

I looked up at him and said the three words that i meant with all my heart, and knew i wont be able to say them to him in a while,
before i lost  consciousness

" I
Love
You"

I heard him...

I heard him scream, but I didn't catch what he was screaming or saying...

Then second later, i have lost complete consciousness, and sucked into a black scary place

•• Hunters P.O.V.••

She was walking slowly towards me and the rest, but i was too busy staring  at Maya and Drew..

Have they lost there mind, how could there be no bullet, more importantly how could there be no bullet hole

Maria then lifted her shirt and said the two words that stunned every one and made me have a heart attack

"Found
It"

She then started to collapse but i was fast enough to catch her

I sat on the ground Mary(Maria's nickname)
Still in my hand

No.no way in hell. No. NO.

She's not dying, she can't

tears of anger and sadness was forming in my eyes

A tear slipped out off my eye and she lifted her hand weakly brushing it away

"you cant leave me now, i refuse to let you go, we still have a lot to do, ju- j-just stay awake, please. Don't let go" my voice broke showing a bit of how much i was broken

She can't go..

Not now..

Not ever..

Her eyelids started to close making me furious, not on her but on my self, and sadder

" no. No. NO" shouted

" call an ambulance" I shouted at the guys, although i know they had already done that

" Dom. Please, please open your eyes " i said more and more tears flowing

"Maria Dominic Gonzales, wake up this instant" I said trying to make my voice authoritative

"Maria, you-you promised, you n-never break promises, please, wake up baby" Mr Gonzales sobbed falling to his knees as if realization just hit him, that his daughter is dying, and it probably just did

The ambulance arrived and Cruz was taken to one while some paramedics came over they tried to take her from me but I refused

Someone put their hand on my shoulder " man, let them take her, they wanna help" it was one of the trips i was too sad, furious hopeless to know which one

I let them take her from my hands but I immediately took after them

"Only one can come with" the paramedic informed, she looked roughly our age, maximum 2 years older

Isn't she too young

She sent me a flirtatious wink but I didn't acknowledge her

There's only one girl, hell one human, that I'm acknowledging and that's my fiancé, the girl that i have fell crazily, madly and deeply in love with

"You go, I'll be right behind you"
