Two men were walking up to a small farmhouse. The first man was the owner of the home and the other was his employer.

The man asked "what is this place?"

The owner slightly turned his head towards him "home," he replied. Opening the door the owner began walking towards the kitchen

"Sweetie, I'm home," he suddenly said surprising his employer as he wasn't expecting anyone else to be here.

"Hi, we have company sorry I didn't call ahead," A giant smile formed on the girls face as she jumped into her father's arms.

"Sir, this is Elizabeth my daughter," Giggling the little girl buried her head into her father's shoulder and gave a small wave to the scary man standing in front of her

"Hi," she replied with a shy whisper.

"She's perfect," the man suddenly said. A shocked and scared look formed on the fathers face.

"No, no that was not a part of the deal," the man shouted as he hid his daughter behind his back. "Yes, the deal was that you will find a child to bring to the institution and you have, your daughter" the scary man said.

"She's my daughter sir, please I will do anything for you not to take her," the man pleaded

Elizabeth was confused as to why her father was talking about her not being taken away. She didn't want to leave her father but the scary man wasn't taking no for an answer.

"Fine, there is one thing you can do," the scary man finally said. Elizabeth quickly turned her head towards her father as his face was washed over with relief.

"Yes I will do it please," he pleaded. The scary man quickly took out a gun from behind his back and Elizabeth let out a small scream.

"Your life for hers that's the deal, I will not take her but you have to die," Elizabeth was now crying as she watched helpless from behind her father's back. Her father quickly took her out from behind his back and pushed her into the scary man's arms

"Take her she isn't worth my life, she already took her mother from me so shouldn't take mine."

Confused and scared, Elizabeth looked at her father as he practically gave away her life. When she felt an arm wrap around her shoulder she jumped out of her trance and looked up at the scary man. "Come on little one, let's take you to your real home there is nothing left for you here," he said as he looked down at the little girl. The little girl stood up and started to walk out the front door when suddenly she turned around

"Well, I have nothing to lose," was all she stated before she continued walking with the scary man following behind her closely.
