"W-What?"

"I know you heard me, I'm not saying it again."

"Aw, Kacchan, don't be like that."

"Don't 'Aw, Kacchan' me, it's embarrassing. A-And just to set the record straight, I wasn't in love with you the moment we met, it happened over time so, when I said I wanted to help you achieve your dreams, I genuinely meant it. I didn't have an ulterior motive and even now, I still don't. Just because I like you, I don't expect anything from you, I don't want things to be awkward, alright? So just, act like I didn't say anything..."

"Kacchan, you can't just ask me to pretend like you didn't confess to me. It feels like my heart is gonna pop out of my chest." Izuku nervously laughed.

"Because I'm stressing you out?"

"Because I feel the same way and this doesn't feel like it should be real at all."

Katsuki turned his head to look over to Izuku, who now looked just as red as he did, "So, it wasn't just your heat talking? You... Like me?"

"I don't remember what I told you but hopefully it wasn't anything too embarrassing..."

For Izuku's sanity, it was probably best that Katsuki didn't tell Izuku half of what went down, but there were a couple of things he could tease him about now that he knew they felt the same.

"You said you loved me and that you liked my scent."

"Y-Yeah, I suppose that's true..."

"Suppose? C'mon, Izuku, you can be honest with me." Katsuki leaned in closer to him.

"Alright, alright, I love you, Kacchan. Now, stop teasing me."

"Heh, I love you too." Katsuki placed a kiss against Izuku's lips, only making Izuku feel more flustered, which the Alpha liked very much.

"S-So this means things are going to be different between us now, huh?"

"Not necessarily. We don't have to do anything drastic just because we're dating. Dating and being mated are two very different things and with our situation, I think it would be best we avoid marking, scenting, and sex altogether. If the school thinks you're involved with an Alpha, it won't be a good look for you. They'll use it as an excuse to get you out of the hero course."

"That makes sense. So we'll just have to date in secret."

"Pretty much. We've been seeing each other for months for studying and no one has suspected anything, so as long as we keep our relationship quiet, it'll be like nothing changed."

"There's just one thing I don't understand... You're a Prime Alpha. Wouldn't it be better for you to be with a Prime Omega?"

Katsuki thought he had forgotten about something.

"Yeah... About that... I've been meaning to tell you something. I had my speculations about it and even had Todoroki meet you to get a second opinion on it and we both came to the same conclusion. Remember when I told you how Prime Omegas are rare and could overpower any Alpha? There are two reasons for that. It's their control over their scent and how they can use it to overpower an Alpha as well as other various abilities outside of the quirk they were born with. You had that incident where you yelled so loud that it caused a mini earthquake in your room and you had no idea why, and it made me fall over and freeze up, unable to speak, remember that?"

"Y-Yeah, a little bit."

"You didn't understand what caused it because your quirk is only a strength enhancer, but now I have an answer for you. It's one of the many powers a rare Prime Omega can wield. It occurs when you feel threatened or stressed, rendering any Alphas in your radiance to be neutralized like I was."

"Woah, wait, hang on, so you're saying that I'm-"

"A Prime Omega."

"S-So... If the school were to know... Do you think I'd have a better shot at being a hero?"

"I'd like to say yes, but I highly doubt they'd take your word for it, even if you get test results from a reliable doctor. The best thing we can do here is to awaken your other abilities and make them stronger. With your All Might-like quirk and these Prime Omega abilities, if you can show them in the tournament how strong you really are, they can't refuse you being a pro hero! I guarantee it!" Katsuki smiled.

However, while it all seemed like good news, Izuku wasn't as excited as Katsuki thought he would be, "T-This is good news, Izuku, what's wrong?"

"I'm going to guess you only started to like me once you found out I was a Prime Omega then, huh?"

Oh, Katsuki didn't think about it that way. The way he worded his confession would leave the interpretation to make Izuku believe it to be that way, wouldn't he?

Katsuki shook his head, "Izuku if you turned out to be an Alpha, I would still want to be with you and figure out how to make things work with you. Hell, if people can change their primary sex, I'd figure out a way to change my secondary sex to be with you. They've probably invented a way to do it by now, right?"

Izuku laughed at that, making Katsuki feel better.

"Besides, I fell in love with you before I figured it out, so even if you weren't a Prime, I'd still want to be with you. You're the only Omega for me, Izuku."

Izuku smiled at that, "So, when did you know you loved me?"

Katsuki blushed, getting slightly embarrassed as he recalled what he did, "Remember when my scent was all over your clothes and I may have told you I didn't do that on purpose?..."

Izuku gasped, "YOU LIED TO ME!?"
