Matthew was just in the middle of opening the door, letting Eleanor go inside before her as a burst 'Surprise' shouted cause her to jump in shock slightly but there was a smile on her face which caused him to relax a little.

"It's so good to have you home El" his mum said pulling the girl in for a tight hug before she let her go and his dad and little sister hugged his mate too. He still couldn't believe she was willingly to give him another chance, sure she wanted to gain her memory back before anything romantic happened between them but the fact she wanted to get to know him more was a step forward.

He was brought back to reality when everyone else was coming forward to say there hellos, he was by her side instantly grabbing hold of her hand smiling down at her as she looked up at him and smiled back.

'Beautiful'

His wolf whispered in his mind and he couldn't agree more as he continued to stare at Eleanor.

The evening was a success, it was different to see the whole pack excited for Eleanor's return considering how only a few days ago she was being treated differently and he only had himself to blame but he tried to shake those thoughts from his head as he wrapped his arm around his mate and they started dancing on the makeshift dance floor in the huge back garden.

"Are you enjoying himself?" he whispered kissing the top of her head as they continued dancing.

"I am" she said smiling up at him, "It does feel a little weird to be the centre of attention" she giggled as she tightened her hold around his neck and he had to lean down slightly so he could hear her better, most of the time she had a tendency to speak quietly but that wasn't such a bad thing.

He found it cute.

"You get used to it" he shrugged smirking as his own hold around her waist tightened.

"No need to be cocky" she said rolling her eyes at the man in front of her, "I don't think I could ever get used to it" she then shaking her head, "I don't know if I could be Luna" she whispered quietly but with his werewolf hearing he was able to hear her.

"Eleanor you are the only woman I have met that is worthy of being my mate and Luna of the pack, I know what I did was the biggest mistake ever and one day I do hope you will forgive me but I will never stop at trying to make things right. You are my mate and will be the best Luna ever, after my mum of course because if she heard me say that she would probably kill me" he teased her and she couldn't help but laugh as she wiped the tears away from her eyes.

"You mean it?" she asked.

"About my mum killing me? Oh definitely" he grinned and she rolled her eyes once more.

"That's not what I meant and you know it, I meant about me being Luna, you think I would do a good job?" she asked.

Matthew couldn't believe the woman standing in front of him, "The thing about being Luna isn't just about being the 'mother' of the pack but being there for the Alpha. You always put people before yourself no matter how they treat you and you would stand up to anyone if they we're being rude to a pack member. You are going to be a perfect Luna" he told her honestly.

Eleanor smiled up at hearing Matthew tell her she would be a great Luna, hearing him say that made her relax a little knowing he believed in her more than she did about herself.

Needing a drink and wanting something other than alcohol she ventured into the kitchen to get herself a glass of water only to come to a stop when she was on her way out, standing there was a woman with her arms crossed, she wasn't smiling but her eyes look sad.

"Can I help you?" Eleanor asked the woman confused as to why she was just standing there and not saying anything.

The woman finally uncrossed her arms as she let out a sigh, "I wish I could hate you" she said suddenly causing Eleanor's eyes to open in shock at hearing those words, who was this woman?
