I raised my brow at who I assume was Kinger. Insect collection??

"That's why he's crazy!" Jax chuckled, sliding over to me and swiring his finger around the side of his head to gesture 'crazy'.

That's when the jesture girl started hyperventalating. I knew I had to stop this before things get bad.

"Okayyy.... Now I get it! This is a dream!! And we should just play along until we wake up, right?" I tried to make things better.

I knew this wasn't a dream, or else that fall earlier wouldn't have hurt. Jax smirked at me.

"Whatever you say, sweetheart."

I scowled at him, making him chuckle a little. I swear I saw him blush!! Just me? Okay..

"They broke my comedy mask.." the ribbons whimpered, staring down at her broken comedy mask. I felt so bad, so I decided to go help her. Until Jax perpousfully stepped on the mask, making it shatter even more as the ribbons cried. Ugh..that jerk! I bet he's the one that broke it.

"So, Caine. We got a new adventure today for the newbie and hot stuff or what?"

I rolled my eyes at Jax. He better stop calling me that right now or else.

"I'd like to give our brand new members a tour of the circus grounds first!"

With that, Caine grabbed the jesture girl and I and teleported us outside of the tent, making me feel all whoozy from the quick transport. He then proceeded to explain all the contents of the circus and ended up showing us the void; which he apparently doesn't know much about. As we were about to leave, I noticed an exit and pointed it out to Pomni and Caine.

'Wait, what's tha-"

Before I could finish my sentence, Caine teleported us back to the tent. Suddenly, the jesture vomitted all over the floor. I was about to aswell, but I just held it in. That would be gross.

"Woah! Clean up on aisle you!"

Then, a chain chomp looking thing appeared out of nowhere.

"I'm on it, boss!"

With that, the bubble thing began licking up the vomit, making Caine and I whince in disgust.

"Why are you like this..?"

Then, the jesture just went on about the exit we saw earlier and Caine just made up an exuse about digital hallucinations or whatever.

"How about we talk about something else? Like your names!"

Caine pointed at the jesture and I.

"Uhh.... My name is.."

I stopped to think of my name.

"UHH....OH GOD! WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER MY NAME??!!" the jesture yelled.

Then I realised, I CAN'T REMEMBER MY NAME EITHER!! I can't even remember how I got here!! Or who I even was before!!

"Nobody can remember their name once they enter the digital circus!"

"Then why'd you ask for our names then?" I mumbled.

Caine just completely ignored my question and started ranting on about picking names. The jesture's name ended up being Pomni. Okayy...cute name.

"Now, it's your turn!!" Caine declared, pointing at me.

"Can't we just call her hot stuff instead? That's what she is, right?" Jax asked, winking at me.

I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Shut up, bugs bunny."

"Okay...let's just choose a name before things get heated!" Caine yelled, starting to choose a name for me, "What do you think of iurhv?"

My eyes widened at Caine's pronounciation of that word. I tried to pronounce it in my head. Yeah, I'll never remember that name.

"No-"

"Yeah, horrendous. Let's try that again!"

Caine activated the name picker again, and it landed on Y/N. Oh! I like that name..

"What do you think of Y/N?"

"Uhh..sure, I guess-"

"Gadzooks, you're right, Jax! We should have a brand new adventure for our new members, Pomni and Y/N!"

"I said that like five minutes ago."

"You two! Do you like adventure? Activity? Wonder? Danger? Horror? Pain? Suffering? Agony? Death? Disease? Death? Angel food cake?"

Caine held out some cake, only for it to be eaten by bubble. Caine stopped for a second.

"YOU PARASITE!!!!!!!"

Omg why was this chapter so long 😭

I'm guessing chapter 3 will be released some time today but idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
