Yuvraj looked behind kritika from where the voice came , a girl in school uniform was standing there looking back at them frowning

" Who are you?" Yuvraj asked frowning

" Wah standing in my own house, you are asking me who am I ?, i should be the one asking who are you and what are you doing with my sister?" Mahi asked coming towards her sister who's looking so weak , she got worried looking at her sister's face and then again turned to the unknown guy with suspicious look in eyes

" Oh so you are her sister, umm are you sure about it ..i mean it doesn't seem like" yuvraj said looking at her like he's not believing on her

" Ofcourse because we aren't real sister's, by the way myself Mahi And who are you Mr? " Mahi asked looking at the handsome guy, she never saw such a charm before in her whole life

" Really? Step-sisters!!You never told me about it" yuvraj said turning to kritika who's looking at them in frustration

" Are we really discussing this now?" Kritika said meekly making him realise that she's still not well

He bend down and lift her up in his arms making her gasp , she quickly wrap her hands around his neck

" W..What are you doing?" She whispered looking at him with her doe eyes

" Shh baby...lead the way" he said before turning to mahi and asking her to show him her room

He starting walking and mahi quickly run in front of him making him stop

" You still didn't told me who are you ?" Mahi said crossing her arms although she did guessed roughly but still she wants to hear if she's right or not

Yuvraj frowned and was about to snap as this kid is really wasting his time right now and honestly he's not even in mood to deal with some fucking teenager, he didn't drive for almost two hours to get here for this

" Yuvraj Singh Rajput" kritika said softly making him look down at her and unknowingly a smile formed on his face, he never knew his name is so beautiful till now

Kritika is looking in his eyes for the first time and it felt like she looking at some white horse prince charming who come down from heaven just for her , she's seeing whole world in his night black eyes, they are so dark that she's getting lost in them

Mahi cleared her throat before saying " oh the one who's always angry and even scold you , oh so he's the one who always bully you, hmm now i remembered, so this way Mr Yuvraj" mahi said teasingly and started walking without looking back at them

Kritika's eyes become wide realising what her sister just said while yuvraj stare at her in amusement raising his eyebrows

" So i bully you huh , that's harsh " he said following mahi while kritika closed her eyes tightly hiding her face in his nape making him chuckle

Mahi take him upstairs to kritika's room and he put her down on her bed adjusting her pillow and covered her before checking her temperature again and it felt like it's increasing, he immediately call his family doctor

" Hello doctor it's an emergency please come fast to the location I'm sending you ...wait it will take you more time so please tell me till then how can I control her temperature, it's constantly increasing and if it goes on I'm afraid she will passout...umm ok I'll do that and please try to get here as soon as possible" he talked with doctor and asked mahi to bring water bucket and cloth strips

He sit down beside her " so you bad mouth me behind my back huh" he said to divert her mind and it worked the way she look at him

" Nooo i..it's j.ju..st jus..t that"

" Hmm tell me what is it I'm listening , speak clearly" he said teasingly

" You always scold me and i can't even tell this to someone " she pouted looking at him

" When did I did that?" He smiled

" You just did and you always do that " she mumbled feeling wronged

" Ohhh Mera bacha naraj hogya mujhse" he said smiling and kissed her forehead lovingly making her pout even more , she look like actual sulking baby , he chuckled thinking that

( Ohhh my baby is angry with me)

" My cutie pie " he whispered kissing her both cheeks and she look down shyly

Mahi come back with bucket and cloth strips and give it to him worriedly

" You can fresh n up , I'll take care of her till then" yuvraj said noticing her worry before taking bucket from her and putting cloth strip in it

Mahi look down at her uniform and then at her sister and then at him before saying " no I'm fine, I'll take care of my sister " although she trust on him enough to leave them alone but still she's really worried for her sister

Yuvraj put the wet strip on her forehead carefully before looking back at mahi " don't worry I'm with her " he said and mahi look down at her sister who blinked her eyes in assurance

Mahi sighed and said " ok if you say so" yuvraj nodded and she walk out of the room

After a while yuvraj again changed her strip and put his hand on her eyes as she's constantly looking at him without blinking " sleep baby " he said not taking his hand away and she smiled a little

After sometime mahi come back with doctor and he gesture them to not talk before taking his hand off her eyes it's been one and half hour and he's still sitting in same position making mahi sighed and shake her head

She did come back after changing but finding kritika sleeping she didn't wanted to distrubez her so she went down again to wait for doctor and she's also worried about her parents , what if they come back early and saw a guy in her sister's room it wouldn't end well so she decided to wait downstairs and also to keep an eye for them

Doctor checked her and give some medicine to mahi before going and yuvraj thanked him for his help, mahi look at time it's 6:30 and turn to yuvraj before saying " i think you should go now my parents can come anytime now"

Yuvraj look at her and then at his Jaan who's still sleeping, he's reculant but still he know mahi is right and he need to go now, he sighed

" Don't worry I'm with her " mahi said smiling at his concern and he nodded before standing up

" Alright and if anything happens immediately cal..i mean press the locket if something happens " he said remembering she don't have phone

Mahi nodded smiling and he walk out not before looking back at his Jaan one last time....
