When the paramedics come they immediately took Shay out of my arms and loaded her into the ambo. I immediately sat down next to the stretcher and held her hand. When we arrived they jumped out the ambulance and started rolling her to the entrance of the hospital. Before they even got to calling the information I beat them to it.
"Female, mid 30's. Major head wound, pupils were unresponsive at the scene." I stated.
"Is she allergic to any medication?" A doctor asked.
"No." I say.
They hurry and wheel Shay to a table. Chief Boden walks in.
"Gabby." Biden says as he grabs and wraps me in a hug. I sob. Boden shushes me and comforts.
"Everything is going to be okay." Boden whispers.
