Main team:

Kasei (name meaning: Mars)- main character (17)
His Mother was Shot and killed, and he's now looking for the man who killed her. He is observant and comes off as rude. But he does have a sweet side. He often spars with Hineru and likes to play with him sometimes.

Hineru nishikino (name meaning: twist or curl, two colored) - (11)
Abused by his father, who is also the man who killed Kasei's mother. He is very finicky, and timid until he starts to like someone. Because of his past, he longs deeply for a family setting so he cares deeply about his team. He's only 11, but his knowledge on his father and his possible whereabouts make him a useful tool.
(When kasei first found him, after joining him)

Ajisai Suzuki (name meaning: type of flower, bell, Bellwood)( 17)-
ajisai was bullied as a kid for being weak and "ugly". she joins kasei and Hineru later on, she is good with herbs and medicine, and is very agile. Her motherly nature makes Hineru cling to her almost instantly, but her monster strength runs him away almost as quick.
(Kid, now)

Michi (name meaning: unknown) - an angel as old as the mountains themselves, who was sent to protect and aid kasei and his companions. Nothing else about them is known, other than it has different forms.

Isamu nishikino: main antagonist, his face has never been seen, not even by his own children. He is the abuser of Hineru and his sister, ami, and murderer of ami, and Kasei's mother. He is usually seen in a dark cloak, with wrapping over his eyes to hide his identity.
