CHAPTER 9

FAST FORWARD ( CLASSROOM )

It's afternoon and we have classes. Wala pa namang 1 pm pero bumalik na kami sa kanya-kanya naming classroom after taking our lunch. As we expected, Prof Engfa was there na mukhang may update na about dun sa tree planting. Literal na sya yung mag u-update saamin kasi sya ang kapal it ni Ms. Alvarez, Our dean.

"Good afternoon class!" Prof Engfa greeted

"Good afternoon ma'am." students

"I just want to inform you that you have no classes this afternoon, it is an order from your instructors. Ako na Ang nagsabi sainyo since may room din naman tayong kailangan pang pag usapan and after this you can go home na."  Prof Engfa

"Alright! I've already talked to Mr. Saint and he said that tomorrow will be the start of your tree planting activity..."

"6:30 am will be your time departure at kailangan 6:00 am palang ay nandito na kayong lahat sa school and yung may mga kotse dyan ay wag nyo na dalhin sagot na ng school yung transportation nyo para sabay sabay na kayong darating dun at babalik dito, it's only for the safety... so you need to cooperate." Deretsahang paliwanag nya

"You should wear proper outfit, it's a woodland so you need to wear something that can protect your skin and in every part of your body." dagdag pa nya

"2 days kayo dun so kailangan complete package kayo... And about dun sa food  is sagot narin yung ng school, magdala nalang kayo ng extra for yourself." Puro tango nalang din ang nagawa namin, yung iba kasi wala na sa mood yung iba naman ay inaantok na as usual afternoon is our boring day.

"are we clear?" Prof Engfa, we were just about to respond when someone enters the room...

Ang tahimik at payapa kong isipan ay bigla na lamang umingay, kinikilig nanaman yung mga cells sa brain ko juice ko... The crowd is getting loud, yung mga papansin na may gusto kay Niah ay bigla namang umingay. She's really a center of attraction, Dung! i didn't expect her coming.

"What do you need?" Prof Engfa asked habang nananatiling nakatayo sa harap ng pintuan si Niah... I guess prof Engfa don't know that she's our classmate.

"Is this your room?" Tanong nya ulit kay Niah and Niah just nod to her

"Sorry I'm late." Niah said. Prof Engfa raised her brow and beamed at her with excitement... I don't know but i smell something odd. Geezz! i don't the way she look at Niah.

"You must be their classmate?" She asked

"Yes I am, and i apologize for being late." Niah said. Naglakad na sya papuntang upuan nya nang biglang magsalita si prof Engfa.

"Did I tell you to come in?" Prof Engfa said while crossing her arms. Taas kilay syang hinarap ni Niah... See pati si prof Engfa hindi nya pinalampas

"I'm just joking."

"By the way, what's your name?" she asked

"I'm Azalea Niah Garcia." kunot noong sagot ni Niah

"Oh I see, you may now take your seat Ms. Garcia." Prof Engfa said

"Thankyou." Niah

"You're welcome." Prof Engfa

"Okay class you may now go home don't be late tomorrow." Prof Engfa. Geez! i smell something funny.

"w-wait kakaratong ko lang and its 1:17 palang so where are you going?" Nagtatakang tanong ni Niah kay prof Engfa... she's so bossy in that way, pero natatawa ako like ano kayang reaksyon nya kapag nalamang wala kaming pasok? it's really embarrassing
