"Alright! If I win then you have to buy me food!"
I groan a bit but keep on a small smile. It was a good deal though because I was confident in winning. Seungkwan smirks like he knew 100% he was going to win. Hoshi on the other hand was smiling like he was only interested on the results.
I don't know how I ended up on the floor of the main room, with 13 boys staring at me, but here I was ready to play some random trivia. I guess it was a way of "bonding" with the boys I'll be living with for a month.
"Okay fine but what if I win?" I question. Seungkwan looks closely at me, thinking for a little bit.
"How about a kiss on the cheek?" I roll my eyes playfully and poke his forehead.
"How about you buy me a full course meal for two and no not as a date with you." The other members laugh at his attempt to flirt. He really didn't seem the flirty type. In honesty, I think Seungkwan was doing this only for a laugh. It was a bit annoying but funny at the same time.
"Okay fine! Ready? One, two, three!" We both look to the others as they begin to ask questions. It was a quiz on our knowledge of kpop. I guess Seungkwan doubted my knowledge on the topic because I hadn't grown up in South Korea my whole life. Which wasn't exactly the best reason. Just because I didn't live in South Korea, doesn't mean I was completely foreign to it's music and culture.
At first the boys show us photos and we had to answer who the idol or actor/actress was. I admit some I had no idea but Seungkwan made silly mistakes that made him get them wrong.
"Okay Name the song!" They played 10 seconds of a song and I didn't recognize half of them. Seungkwan had 13 out of 20 right and I had 9 out of 20 right.
"Aish I don't even know half of these songs!" Jihoon shouts from his seat but I ignore it as I try to concentrate. I mean I really needed concentration if even Jihoon didn't know them. He seemed to be really into the whole music and idol business.
"Alright next! Now this goes to both: How many members are in Girl Generation?"
"9-"
"8!" I shout cutting of Seungkwan from his correcting himself.
"How many in U-Kiss?"
"Uhh-" I count in my head quickly but Seungkwan answers first.
"F(x)?"
"5!" I shout quickly.
"Exo!"
"10!"
"Apink!" I didn't know Apink at all so Seungkwan answers before I get to even think.
"Miss A!"
"Uh 4?" I question. The next minute continues like that as I answer two more than Seungkwan declaring that I had won. I shout out of happiness jumping up from my seat on the floor.
"Yes! You owe me my food!" Seungkwan groans but it quickly diverts to laughing at my silliness.
Wonwoo and Mingyu then laugh at how excited I was. Who wouldn't be excited about food? It was food!
"What happened here?" A member asks walking into the room. I believe it was Seungcheol. He standed out to me for only one reason: he had an amazing build compared to all of the members. Most of the boys were skinny toothpicks.
"Ah nothing much only Seungkwan owes Minhee-ah a full course meal." Hansol says as he looks over at the two of us. I smile wide and look over at Seungkwan. I stick my tongue out at him and he ignores my teasing.
"Care to join me? It's for two as you know!" I ask Hansol as I sit back down in my original seat next to Chan.
"Actually, I already ate." He complains over the fact he shouldn't have at "those noodles" beforehand.
"But hyung it's only 5 pm! How did you manage to eat at this time?" Chan asks with a cute voice. Hansol shrugs. I pout not knowing who to share with.
"You can always share with me." Seungkwan smiles charmingly.
"Actually, I think I wan't to share with-" I look around the room at my options. Hansol didn't want any and I did not want to take Seungkwan due to his "flintiness" and Joshua was kind to me and so was Jihoon but I wanted to get to know the others. Minghao and Junhui didn't feel comfortable since they weren't 100% fluent in korean and I was in fact more comfortable with English as it was my first language. Seokmin, Wonwoo, and Mingyu were out because I had talked with them and became comfortable with the 3. It was now between 4. Jeonghan, Chan, Hoshi, and Seungcheol. Seungcheol and Jeonghan were the oldest so I didn't really want to take them since I am 3 years younger. That'd be a little awkward. Chan was a year younger than me so he was closer to my age.
"Dino and Hoshi!" I choose and Chan and Hoshi immediately shout with happiness. They were probably glad I had chose them out of the 12 members excluding Hansol.
"But you can only choose one!" Seungkwan shouts not willing to pay for another meal.
"Ah yeah yeah calm down! I'll pay for Hoshi!" I exclaim as I now stand next to Hoshi and Dino.
"Ah Minhee-ah you're too nice!" Hoshi exclaims hugging me. His arms pulled me in closely and I feel my cheeks get red a bit.
"Hey Kwon Soonyoung keep your hands off my sister!" Hansol shouts. Hoshi immediately takes his hands off even if Hansol had disrespected him as a dongsaeng and pets my head.
"Nice dongsaeng!"
"Sorry guys, but these two are my choices! Shall we go now?" Chan nods his head furiously and Hoshi nods as well.
Seungkwan hands over his card. "Only two meals okay?" I nod and thank him politely even if I had won with a fair win.
"Let's go!" I shout running out the front door.
