Maisarah gazed at herself in the mirror. The wedding ceremony and all the required ceremonies had ended. Three days facing guests, indeed exhausting for Maisarah. Maisarah didn't want to postpone the ceremonies. She wanted to finish all the upcoming ceremonies. Now, Maisarah and her husband, Tengku Qayyum, were called by a renowned studio to feature their pictures in Carran Wedding and Carran Woman magazines.

Not just Carran, Vhagar also had it. Fortunately, the photo shoot was done at Vhagar after the engagement ceremony. After Maisarah officially became Tengku Qayyum's wife, they didn't sleep in the same room because there was another ceremony. But, Maisarah knew that today she would sleep in the same room with Tengku Qayyum after this photo shoot ended.

"Princess, are you ready?" the photographer's manager greeted as he pushed open the door to the dressing room. He peered inside to see Maisarah.

Maisarah turned. The girl looked graceful in a simple cream-colored floral gown. The neckline was wide, highlighting her smooth shoulders. Her arms adorned with sleeves matching the dress. It was a simple design but exuded elegance when Maisarah wore it.

Her hair was tied low and adorned with two roses tucked into the bun. A crown sat atop Maisarah's head. The makeup wasn't too heavy, but it clearly highlighted Maisarah's stern face. Suitable for a photo shoot without any smiles.

Straight face

"I'm ready."

The photographer's manager nodded in satisfaction. "The Princess can come out now. The Prince is already waiting outside. Just wait for the Princess."

Maisarah understood. With Suri's help, Maisarah calmly and expressionlessly exited the room, with faithful Suri behind her. Since two days ago, Suri had been with her. As they reached the photoshoot area, Maisarah's husband's figure came into view. Maisarah stopped. Her emerald green eyes darted wildly as she looked at Tengku Qayyum's back.

His movements seemed like he was waiting. Maisarah adjusted her steps towards Tengku Qayyum. She felt shy to speak; maybe her husband was slightly pulled from behind. Husband? The atmosphere felt different. She still couldn't believe she was already Tengku Qayyum's wife. After all, they had known each other for less than two months.

Tengku Qayyum was startled. His head turned halfway before fully turning to see who pulled his coat. In an instant, Tengku Qayyum was stunned. Shit. My wife is so beautiful! Tengku Qayyum held back his feelings. The more real Maisarah became his wife, the stronger the feelings that pounded his chest.

"Beautiful," murmured Tengku Qayyum. Only they heard. Maisarah responded to her husband's gaze. There was no hint of shyness there at all. It was as if she was answering her husband's gaze challenge.

Maisarah couldn't deny that today Tengku Qayyum looked handsome and smart in his black suit. A white shirt underneath. The bow tie replaced the necktie. Both hands covered with white gloves. A high-class attire species.

Their eyes moved around, examining every inch of each other's angelic faces.

Tengku Qayyum slowly reached for Maisarah's hand and gently kissed it, his eyes locked onto her tempting gaze. Maisarah seemed impressed, but she managed to control her expression. She didn't want her unsettled heart to be known. Tengku Qayyum's gaze was sharp yet captivating.

Tengku Qayyum concluded his action. After that, for some reason, Maisarah's hand suddenly moved up to touch Tengku Qayyum's chest and then up to his shoulder. Maisarah's eyes never left her husband's gaze. Her hand movements were smooth, gentle, and slow. Sending strange vibrations through Tengku Qayyum's body.

It was the first time Maisarah touched him without coercion.

"You too, husband. God's amazing creation," Maisarah replied with a thin smile. Almost imperceptible. It was the first praise for Tengku Qayyum as her husband. It wasn't easy for Maisarah to praise the young man, but she couldn't hold back that compliment.
