Storm is the biological kid of Riggy and Rosey. When Storm was 13 turning 14, Riggy and Rosey had their breakup. It left Storm confused and a bit sad. But Riggy was the one who left the house, and also pretty much ignored/neglected Storm the entire time since Storm was an accident
Storm constantly beats himself up over this, since he knows that he's an accident, and he thinks it's his fault that he was brought to the world.
However, Rosey cares for Storm very much. Storm likes to spend time with his adoptive sister, Licorish. He mostly likes going to Hot Topic with Licorish to try on accessories from there.
Storm has autism, and gets hyperfixated on things he deems even slightly interesting to him, and will sometimes run around like a wild animal when he gets excited.
He also loves to visit Danno from time to time, and acts as though Danno is his father even though Danno's pretty much an uncle(?) for Storm
Storm is one of the only people (besides Luna and Meteor) that Licorish is secretly a demon trapped in a seals body, and he sometimes visits Hell with her.
