"I think you're my Angel" Ruby the Cherry Fanfic

Me and Natalie had been standing outside for what felt like ever. We really wanted to get in on this tour. We had been saving up for months and could finally go.

We waited until it was time to go in, walking through the medal detectors, we went into and sound a spot Among the crowd, Nat looked at me

"You scared that he'll recognize you?" Nat asked and I shrugged. Ruby ghosted me after the hook up that night, but I didn't blame him. He was a upcoming rapper so I understand but.. kind of.. was hurt.

My appearance hasn't changed a lot since he had seen me last, I had more tats, my hair was longer, Nats hair wasn't bleach blonde anymore but red, she had a few more tattoos. But we still looked the same, or so it felt.

We looked at each other when the boys came out on stage, we weren't at the barricade but we were right behind the first row of people..

I heard the boys perform "Do you believe in god" followed by some of Natalie's other favorites

Once the boys got to 'O Pana!' And Ruby's verse was over and it was Scrim, we made eye contact.

He looked at me once, then again taking a double take.. Nat was too busy singing to notice, i just smiled and looked back at Nat.

Once the song was over, The dj Split the Pit up and in that moment. A security guard came over to me and Nat and pulled us up on stage..

Scrim walked over to me and Nat dabbing us up, I looked back into the crowd, most peoples eyes were wide or they were just all smiling

Ruby held his hand out to me and I smiled hugging him as he wrapped his arms around me, as they started their next song.

I smiled feeling Ruby's arms around me, his hand going below my skirt holding onto me, Natalie was standing with scrim, his arm around her neck like a friendly hug.

We stayed on stage with the boys till their last song came on and It was the last line of the song. Ruby kissed me, his hand on my neck.

I took a step back, before kissing him back setting my hand on his chest, before he whispered something in my ear

"I'm sorry" he mumbled and I nodded " I know."

Me and Ruby didn't look at the crowd.. we weren't worried what people would think.. we were just happy to be near each other again..

We walked away back stage since the show was over.. Natalie and Scrim right behind us.

When we got backstage, there was Pouya and his eyes were wide "Yo, I can't believe you did that" Pouya said dabbing Ruby up, he looked at me

"Mane.. I swear I know you from someone.. you that Angel chick?" Pouya asked and I nodded "Yeah, we've heard bout some of the crazy shit you've done since we left." Ruby said, I smiled laughing. Natalie came up next to me holding onto me

"So.. what's the word?" She said looking at me and Ruby "whatchu mean girl?" I asked looking at her "We leaving or you staying here with him?" She asked and I shrugged

"We can head home if you wanna" and she nodded, I reached into my pocket grabbing a pen, taking Ruby's hand writing my number on his wrist

"Bye boo" I said kissing his cheek and Leaving with Natalie, we got to the car and she got in the passengers seat.

She looked at me, "I can't believe you got to kiss him, again!" She said smiling and I smiled back at her "oh baby, I saw you and Scrim, what's that about?" I asked and she shook her head

"I mean, he's cute but I don't know. Id probably just be another groupie.. y'know?" She asked and I shook my head "no.. I wouldn't actually, I mean I felt like one for awhile but now.. something different" I said "What do you mean?" She asked

"I mean, just something about Ruby.. he's just, Different now. I can feel it" I said and she nodded. I felt my phone buzz and reached out my pocket handing it to Nat

"can you check that?"i asked, she read the number on my phone. "it's your new man, he texted you" she said "what he said" I responded "Hey, it's the cherry. I'm sorry for what happened last time we saw each other, but I really wanna try this shit with you" Natalie said and I rolled my eyes

"Just say ok"I said turning into Nats neighborhood pulling into her driveway, I hugged Natalie her handing me my phone back "I love you girl" she said to me hugging me "i love you to Nat Nat, see you Tommorow?" I asked "Probably not, I got something to do tommorow" she said and I nodded and she got out the car, walking to her door unlocking it and going inside.

I sighed checking my phone, seeing that Ruby left me on seen. I placed my phone in the cup holder driving to my house, it was only 10 minutes away from her house.

I pulled into my driveway turning my car off and going inside with my stuff, I unlocked my front door and closed the door shut behind me, going to my bedroom taking my Black boots off and my Fishnets off walking to my bathroom, turning the shower on taking my leather skirt and the rest of my clothes off getting in the shower.

After that shower I went to bed, for what felt like 20 hours and when i woke up the next morning my phone had been blown up, text from Natalie's Parents, from my Mother and my other friends.

Soon my phone rang, "hello?" I answered. It was Natalie's mom "Hi baby... Have you heard?" She said "no I haven't, what happened? Is everything ok?" I asked

"Angel, sweetheart Natalie killed herself last night.. I'm so sorry Sweetie..""
