"Around 10 I guess" Gaurangi said sitting in the back seat with Aarna beside her. "Oi tu kaha peeche ja raha hai? Driver hu kya mai" Kartik shouted at Raghav when he hopped in the back seat squishing between the two girls.

"Kyu tujhe gadi chalane ka shaukh haina? Chala fir, mai peeche chill karunga" Raghav replied putting his arms around both the girls leaning back against his seat. Kartik just grumbled rolling his eyes and started the car.

"Aarna gps par address dalke de mujhe" Kartik said looking at her from the front blind spot mirror. "Ha ha de rahi hu"

After half an hour of almost ripping each other's head apart, they finally reached their destination. "Ja ab nikal gadi se, faltu me dimag khati hai" Kartik said unlocking the car.

"Ha ha ja rahi hu, koi shaukh nahi hai mujhe gadhon ke sath rehne ka" Aarna shut the door of the car loudly causing everyone else inside to wince. "Mai bhi gadha hu kya?"  Raghav mumbled looking at Gaurangi who just rolled her eyes. "Sabse bada wala, acha kher, tum dono aaram se jana, jyada tej gaadi mat chalana, party me idhar udhar kuch mat karna-"

"Are madam ji unko bhasad dena band karo, na vo bache hai aur na tu budhi aama, bahar aa ab" Aarna interrupted Gaurangi from outside.

"Mai ja rahi hu, kuch hua to phone kar lena" The dancer said looking at each of the boys before getting out of the car.

"Kya behen, khud bhi jee aur un gadhon ko bhi jeene de" Aarna said holding out her hand to her bestfriend. "Ha ha" They both went inside the hall and gasped seeing its interior.

"It's giving the same vibes from those balls we read in the books" Gaurangi said looking at the hall with curious eyes. The hall was buzzing with people wearing different types of masks. "I know right, now listen we have to part ways form here" Aarna said.

"What why?" Gaurangi asked in panic holding her bestfriend's hand tightly.

"See the main motive of masquerade ball is to find your date or partner, so we both being together would obviously be the biggest hint for Abhinav to find you, so come on devil's weed take a chill pill, I ain't running away from here. Just find your date and then you can easily find me" Aarna said picking out two masks from the desk.

"Fine" Gaurangi said wearing the golden mask that covered half of her face. "Ohk then see ya'" Aarna waved at Gaurangi and disappeared within the crowd.

"Ok it won't be that difficult to find him, his eyes are not so common here, so of course it'll be a piece of cake to find him" Gaurangi mumbled to herself and went off to search for her "fake" date.

The crowd was buzzing with excitement and energy giving off a whole part mood. "For a pre wedding party, his cousin sure got many guests" Gaurangi mumbled looking all through the hall trying to find the pair of those bright hazel colored eyes which she was sure would have catched her eyes the very first second she stepped into the hall.

"Why can't I find him?" She said to herself but then suddenly heard a ding go off her phone.

"Just wanted to tell, I am running late"

"Of course he has to run late" the dancer grumbled dropping on a nearby chair still looking here and there.

Few minutes passed by when someone came to her. She looked at a boy slightly taller than her standing few steps in front of her. She got up and looked at him carefully, "No he's way more taller than this dude" She thought to herself and was going to walk away when the boy called out for her.
