Five Days.

Five days until the ball where every mafia will attend.

The ball has strict rules not to bring weapons as this once a year mafia ball is held for negotiations, business deals, and any other business matters.

But who would actually go somewhere filled with killers and not have a weapon?

So I've been taking extra security measures. I told Nikolaos to up his security cause I'm sure the Russians probably know we hang out sometimes.

Them bitches probably spying on me.

I've made sure more of Sebastians men will be around or at the ball for my families protection.

I've been working on some of the technology from the notebook and making modifications to the new models.

All of these things should be helpful incase something does go wrong.

I've memorized the blueprints and the layout of where the ball is supposed to be held. If something happens we should be ready.

Nothing should go wrong.

With that thought I get out of bed looking at the clock. 7:57 AM.

Hoary, I got four hours of sleep.

Arabella is still asleep on the other side of my bed so I just make my way to the bathroom quietly; brush my teeth and do my morning routine.

When I'm done with that I make my way to my closet to find an outfit to wear. I chose to wear some nice slightly baggy jeans with a black crop top.

To limit some of my scars showing, I make my way to Ares's room where he still sleeps like a rock and grab his brown leather jacket.
