ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُ
ᴀʟ-ᴍᴜᴛᴀᴋᴀʙʙɪʀ
ᴛʜᴇ sᴜᴘʀᴇᴍᴇ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴀᴊᴇsᴛɪᴄ

(هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْقُدُّوسُ ٱلسَّلَـٰمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُ ٱلْمُهَيْمِنُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْجَبَّارُ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُ ۚ)
(ʜᴇ ɪs ᴀʟʟᴀʜ—ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ ɪs ɴᴏ ɢᴏᴅ ᴇxᴄᴇᴘᴛ ʜɪᴍ: ᴛʜᴇ ᴋɪɴɢ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏsᴛ ʜᴏʟʏ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴀʟʟ-ᴘᴇʀғᴇᴄᴛ, ᴛʜᴇ sᴏᴜʀᴄᴇ ᴏғ sᴇʀᴇɴɪᴛʏ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴀᴛᴄʜᴇʀ ˹ᴏғ ᴀʟʟ˺, ᴛʜᴇ ᴀʟᴍɪɢʜᴛʏ, ᴛʜᴇ sᴜᴘʀᴇᴍᴇ ɪɴ ᴍɪɢʜᴛ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴀᴊᴇsᴛɪᴄ.)

╚⏤⏤⏤╗ ☾ ╔⏤⏤⏤╝
Allah ﷻ calls Himself Al-Mutakabbir— The Supremely Great, The Perfection of Greatness. He is the One who is supremely great. Al-Mutakabbir reveals His Greatness and power at every moment and in every incident.
Linguistically, kibriya means greatness and sovereignty, and it encompasses the meanings of the perfection of one's self and existence; nobody can be described as such except Allah.
Allah ﷻ describes people as mutakabbireen (arrogant) on multiple occasions in the Quran. They have arrogance in their hearts and actions towards Allah ﷻ by disbelieving in His signs and they are arrogant to other people by looking down on them due to position, race, wealth, etc. only Allah is al-Mutakabbir in a positive sense.
'ᴜʀᴡᴀʜ ɪʙɴ ᴢᴜʙᴀɪʀ ʀᴀ sᴀɪᴅ: ɪ sᴀᴡ ᴜᴍᴀʀ ᴄᴀʀʀʏɪɴɢ ᴀ ʟᴀʀɢᴇ ʟᴇᴀᴛʜᴇʀ ᴡᴀᴛᴇʀ ᴄᴀɴᴛᴇᴇɴ ᴏɴ ʜɪs sʜᴏᴜʟᴅᴇʀ. ɪ sᴀɪᴅ ᴛᴏ ʜɪᴍ, "ᴏ ᴀᴍɪʀ-ᴜʟ-ᴍᴜ'ᴍɪɴᴇᴇɴ, ʏᴏᴜ sʜᴏᴜʟᴅɴ'ᴛ ʙᴇ ᴄᴀʀʀʏɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴀᴛ". ᴜᴍᴀʀ ʀᴇᴘʟɪᴇᴅ ʙʏ sᴀʏɪɴɢ, "ᴀ ᴅᴇʟᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴄᴀᴍᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴇᴅɪɴᴀ ᴀɴᴅ ɪ sᴀᴡ ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ᴏʙᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴄᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴇ, ᴀɴᴅ sᴏᴍᴇ ᴘʀɪᴅᴇ ᴇɴᴛᴇʀᴇᴅ ɪɴᴛᴏ ᴍʏ ʜᴇᴀʀᴛ ᴀɴᴅ ɪ ᴡᴀɴᴛᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴇsᴛʀᴏʏ ɪᴛ." despite his strong personality, when Umar RA felt a small amount of pride entering into his heart, he hurried in an attempt to destroy it before it destroyed him.
sometimes we encounter people who are drenched in arrogance and pride but for what? is the little money and power we have can ever provide us with blessings that Allah ﷻ has if He takes the blessings away? Allah ﷻ says in surah Al-Mulk {ᴡʜɪᴄʜ ˹ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀʟᴇss˺ ғᴏʀᴄᴇ ᴡɪʟʟ ᴄᴏᴍᴇ ᴛᴏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ʜᴇʟᴘ ɪɴsᴛᴇᴀᴅ ᴏғ ᴀʀ-ʀᴀʜᴍᴀɴ "ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏsᴛ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴀssɪᴏɴᴀᴛᴇ"?}
our achievements is only in this world, what happened to the nations and riches before us? they had all the power and golds of this earth!.. Allah ﷻ says in Surah Ar-Rahman {ᴇᴠᴇʀʏ ʙᴇɪɴɢ ᴏɴ ᴇᴀʀᴛʜ ɪs ʙᴏᴜɴᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴘᴇʀɪsʜ } they are left with absolutely nothing but their worldly deeds.
so why arrogance if we will die and leave behind everything that today we put ourselves in so much distress for? He says in Surah Adh-Dhariyat {ɪ ᴅɪᴅ ɴᴏᴛ ᴄʀᴇᴀᴛᴇ ᴊɪɴɴ ᴀɴᴅ ʜᴜᴍᴀɴs ᴇxᴄᴇᴘᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴡᴏʀsʜɪᴘ ᴍᴇ } whatever you do in your life if you don't remember Allah in them all it is in vein.
Return to Him— Al-Mutakabbir— and give yourself to Him who has all the power and mercy of this world and after.
