Fourth: The Phantom Realm is a place or world of the Phantom Entities. Just like the other realms, they also have their own Gods in their infinite ladders of hierarchies that transcends an infinite hierarchies of each other.
Each layer has Gods and each of these layers, the Gods are stronger than one after another from the layer below them
They see the realms below them as nothing but mere fiction from their perspective
