'The guy didn't-' The villain paused for a moment then continues 'go to far did he? Also whys she acting like a child?'

'No and, she might have that neurological disorder that can sometimes accompany traumatic events. Age regression or something.'

Blade nods and walks up to the woman who was still crying and offers her his hand. She takes it and makes grabby motions with the opposite hand. Blade carefully picked her up under her knees and she giggled through her tears.

"Dolos." Blade spoke up making Tommy jump at the sudden noise. "Can you carry the guy? I got the kiddo." He asks but it felt like a demand so Tommy nodded and picked up the guy and tossed the man over his shoulder. He looked back to Blade to see that the girl was playing with the fluff on the villains cape. And Tommy realized just how weird this was. A villian and a vigilante doing something good. It was so weird.

Blade started walking and Tommy followed him through the alley ways and onto the street.  Tommy really wanted to Bolt away from the Blade but if he did then the villain might hurt the girl, Tommy didn't want to be seen with on of the city's strongest villains. He didn't want to be looped in with them. Being seen with a villain could potentially make him one. He didn't want that...

A door opened in front of him startling Tommy out of his thoughts and he realized that Hecates Blade was holding a door to the police station open. Damn, the Blade is ballsy.

Tommy walked in and felt the villian follow after him. A gruff voice spoke from behind Tommy making him flinch slightly. "Dolos Found this guy attempting to rape this young girl. Can you take care of these two for us?" Hecates asked as a young cop came up to him with a young adult standing behind him looking as though he had been crying.

"Yes sir Blade. We can take them both." The cop said firmly and took the guy from Tommy and the young man took the girl in his arms and hugged her. The girl hugged him back as the man whispered sweet things to her. Tommy could only guess that he was her caretaker.

Blade shook one of the officers hands then turned to leave, on his way out he grips Tommy's shoulder and leads him out of the building. The strong grip sends fear and pain down his left half as Tommy is led into an alleyway. The blade let go of him and leaded himself against a building and motioned for the  vigilante to lean against the opposite wall. Tommy did as the Blade raised his hands.

'Im sorry for thinking you were hurting the girl.' He signs and Tommy nods.

'It's understandable. If i saw that happening I would've thought the same.' Tommy responded. 'But i do have to go finish my patrol so, bye.'

'Okay, well, bye Dolos.' 

Tommy turns and grabs the fire escape that was close to them and pulls himself up onto it then climbs the stairs all the way up to the top. Once on the rooftop Tommy booked it outa this area. He moves fast on his almost weightless body as he strived to get away from the villain but luck was not in his favor today as yet another villain appeared in front of him.

Tommy cursed under his breath as he starred at the villain whose face split into a wide grin. Tommy fought the churning in his stomach as the scare on the villains face stretched with the smile and his golden tooth shined in the newly exposed moonlight. The light pink scar cut through the villains jaw up through the top of his eyebrow. The villain was wearing a white button up with dark blue pants and suspenders tarps that had golden buckles on them. Tommy's stomach felt sick with adrenaline as it screamed for him to run but he couldn't move at the realization that this was not chance.

Quakity, the villain, doesn't just have good luck, he has the best. It's literally his power and everyone knows that. That's how he came up with enough money to not only be a public villain but to also never be put in jail by hero's. Although that's only because there are, you guessed it, rich people. Which people who are highly valued by the hero committee that use quakity's casino all the time. The only time hero's are permitted to go after quakity is if he's actively committing a crime. (Which happens a lot)
