Otto: " It would seem that we are the second to arrived " Otto spoke when he arrived in the Room that was specifically prepared for the meeting, and like he expected, the one that was here first was none other than Feng Su and his Wife Lakshmi

As for Otto himself, he was currently with his entourage of some of the Department Heads of Schicksal, Esdeath, Alfia, Rita and Fu Hua, with Bianka, Theresa and some of her Combat Teachers and Top  Students being tasked to watched outside of the Building itself for any potential and would-be attackers that would most likely not happen at all, but still, it is better to be safe than sorry 

Su: " Oh Mister Otto, thank you for answering my call for a meeting so suddenly " Su spoke his word with a bow, which was followed by Lakshmi, who too also bowed down before the Man, which Otto only waved off 

Otto: " You don't need to thank me, since after all, your Organization has Immensely helped us in the Information and Experimentation of the Honkai itself, so I feel like I owe you more, with your saving us quite a lot of time " Otto said his thanks, both out of gesture, while also being his true feelings as well 

Since after all, if not for Maitreya, he would be forced to do his own Experimentation and Investigation of the Foreign Energy itself, costing precious Man power that could be injected into different projects, which helped him quite a lot, especially in the Weapon Creation Department, with him now being able to effectively create more and more efficient weapons now 

Of course, Schicksal is still doing there own Experimentation, but still, does Knowledged and Information that they used is the Knowledged that Maitreya has freely given away, and some that he has purchased there own services for as well, causing him to be able to create Suits and Weapons that could hopefully turn the tide in battle

Of course, most of them are still in the Development Phase, but there are quickly turning about and reaching the Production Phase now though, with the only thing that needs to be done is to fine tune a few things, and make it readily available before mass production starts 

Otto: " Besides, because of your theory that you decided to sell to us, we were able to make way with Project Scion quite readily " He thank the Man before him, since if it wasn't for him, then said Project would have been more arduous to complete 

As for what Project Scion is, it is a Project to create Personilized Weaponry and Armor for the Valkyries itself, of course, if it was just that, it wouldn't been worthy of acquiring the Title of Project, with there being quite a few ways to create Personalized Weaponry and Armor for the Valkyries itself 

But what truly made the Project into a Project, was because of it not just being Personalized for the User's own needs and requirements to enhanced and there Full Potential, but it being personalized to the Honkai Signatures of the Valkyrie itself, with it being built in such a way that if the Honkai Signatures were to matched, there Performanced for there Chosen Valkyrie and Knight would be increased by 200%

With the First Armor being created in this Project being the Prototype Battlesuit and Godsbane Suit: Bright Knight: Excelsis which is currently being worn by Bianka 'Durandal' Ataegina, with it being mainly created to be an All-Purpose/Universal Purpose Battlesuit that allows for Flight and Summoning of Phantoms known as 'King' and 'Queen', while also having an Enhanced Physical Capabilities that surpassed does that came before and after her

It was in Essence the Strongest Armor that Schicksal has created, far surpassing even does owned in the Previous Era itself, something that SU can clearly see as well, but still, in terms of a Weapon however, it is another story, since the CE hasn't created something to matched does of a Divine Key━ well, Kiana might have the capabilities of creating such weapons without using a Herrscher Core though
