Today is the day I'm finally meeting Xaviers family.
It's 6:30am and I've been awake stressing about my outfit for the past 45 minutes, meanwhile Xavier is sprawled out in the bed cuddling miso.
Usually i'd be right there in between them but right now I'm up pacing around my apartment trying to 'last minute pack' my outfits, we are going to be there for four days so i need to make a good impression

I wake up to a certain white cat licking my face.
I feel the bed around me only to find that Penelope is gone "Babe" i yell from the bed before stretching and walking towards the living room, there she is with what seems to be her whole entire closet littered across the floor.
Though I reassured her many times that my family would love absolutely whatever she wears she let anxiety get the better of her "penn what's all this... stuff" i say gesturing the her whole entire wardrobe on the floor.
She peers up at me with tears glistening in her eyes "I-i just want to make a good impression b-but I can't find a good outfit and who would want their son with a girl who can't even dress appropriately"
My heart sank, I hate to see her cry "Please don't cry penn, trust me what you packed yesterday was good,great, perfect even?" My struggle to find the right words seemed to be amusing to her as she let out a small giggle while I wiped her tears away. ———•
