      Crystal's POV

I woke up as the sun rays entered the room and laid on the bed for a couple of seconds before getting up, I groaned as I felt the bottom of my feet hit a sweatshirt I left on the ground yesterday, I looked around the room to see it dirty, clothes on the flower and other random stuff on the ground  .

But before I could enter the bathroom , I cleaned the bedroom, I know if mom saw this she will definitely be pissed and she will start scolding me.

I finished cleaning the room and grabbed a towel and went to the bathroom and lucky for me I left it clean, I turned on the water and it started coming from the sink before washing my teeth, I was thinking if I should do a skincare or not, but I ended up not doing since I was lazy and tired.

After I finished brushing my teeth, I turned on the shower making sure the water is cold , I undressed myself before entering the shower, My heart rate increased as the cold water made contact with my skin before my skin got used to the water.

I wrapped my body with the towel I brought after cleaning the room, I walked out of the bathroom and went to the closet to see what I'll wear today, since I'm not going anywhere I might put on a hoodie and sweatpants.

After I finished putting on the clothes I went downstairs to find Sebastian watching a random show on tv.

"Don't you have things to do?" I asked , making him turn his attention towards me.

"Good morning to you too Crys[Cris]" he greeted

"Aren't you going to the company?"I asked

"No today is my day off don't I deserve having fun?" He asked

"You don't but I do" I said

"Don't you find pleasure in killing people, I have to sit down and work all day with no breaks so I deserve having fun not you " he said

"Have you two eaten anything?" Mom asked coming from down upstairs

"No" we both answered

"Sebastian you were watching instead of having breakfast and Crystal you know we have a meeting with your father here in 1 minute" she said

"The meeting shit" I mumbled to myself, remembering the meeting we had to have with dad because he wanted to say something important

We made our way to the meeting room and father was already waiting for us.

"Why are you leaving your father waiting?" He asked, while we started sitting down

"We forgot about the meeting sorry dad" Sebastian said

"Anyways, good morning to you too, I called because I have something important to say and it's something complex and it's going to affect our organization and Crystal" he said

I wanted to ask why it's going to affect me, but we can't interrupt the leader while his talking.

"We have an enemy and he wants our complete destruction and he won't stop till he gets what he wants, we might be dangerous but his also, we can't underestimate our enemies , he destroyed the old Russian organization the Ivanov's and his coming for us too, that's why I made a decision, even if I didn't leave the past I have to protect my family " he said

"Dad why does it affects me?" I asked confused

"Because I agreed on giving your hand in marriage to Leonardo Bianchi" he said

I looked at him in disbelief, what does he mean by that ?

"You sold me to him?, the enemy!" I said increasing the tone in my voice

"Us and the Italians are doing a contract and your marriage with Leonardo is a way to show the other mafia's we are alliances " he said

"Isn't there another way?" I asked still not accepting what he is saying

" Crystal you will marry him and that's final" he said

I left the meeting room angry, who does he think he is to force me to marry someone I don't love ?, and if he forgot he is the enemy.

I went to the balcony to get fresh air still not believing what dad said.

"Crystal" mom called coming to the balcony

"Mom if your here to defend him then I don't want to her it" I snapped at her

"Crystal your father is doing his best to protect you-" she starts before I cut her off

"Forcing me to marry Leonardo? I've done everything to please him but this is too much" I said

"I know it's hard for you but look at the bright side" she says

"Mom we are mafia's and there's nothing in our lives to see as bright, I'm not like you that fell I love and married the men who raped you " I said before leaving

Yes, dad raped mom and I didn't know how to feel about it, why would she ever fall in love with someone that done that to her?
