Ryan hadn't expected to also see his sister in the same room as him, "Ok, wiggle your toes for me." Kerry, their flag football patient tried doing as Callie said, "I still can't. Am I gonna be in a wheelchair?"

"We're gonna take you in for a CT." Dr Torres said as she then looked to Ryan who nods his head, going to book an CT room for their patient, "but hopefully, it is just temporary, from the lightning." Ryan opened the trauma room door wide open, going out of the room with Calliope Torres.

Once he had booked the CT, he had told Mark before seeing Callie, "I heard that Arizona moved in," He said with a smile as Callie nods her head, "I'm happy for you, Cal." The Orthopaedic surgeon smiled at that, "How's Caitlin and the baby?"

"She's good. The baby's keeps kicking her bladder so—" Callie chuckled at his words as Mark called Ryan back into the room, to write down some notes along with Lexie.

Meredith then entered the room, "Hi Kerry, a friend of yours Russ Gammie, is asking about you," She said as Mark stopped doing a throat exam, "How's Warren Griffith? Is he ok? Did he ask about me?"

Kerry questioned Derek's resident, "Which one is Warren?" The blonde questioned as a blonde headed male came into the room, "Excuse me, excuse me, I—"

"Who's this Russ or Warren?"

"Mitch," the female flag footballer said, "Mitch, now?" The surgeons all furrowed their eyebrows, "Have you seen Warren? Is he ok?" Kerry asked where Mitch ignored her, "Kerry, I got to say this, we both could've died out there, that lightning bolt was like a one in a million shot, so I got to take one, too," Mitch told the female flag footballer, "I love you, Kerry, and if we get through this, I want you to know, I will love you forever," the boy declared with Ryan sharing a look with both of his sisters at the declaration.

The surgeons in the room all looking at the boy in confusion, "What? I—" She said when pointing to her ear, "Sir, I'm sorry, if you're not being treated, then you're gonna have to go to the waiting room, we'll keep you posted," Lexie admitted when seeing that Kerry wanted him out of the room, moving the said male out of the room. 

"Kerry, can you hear me?"

The plastic surgeon then questioned as Kerry nods her head, "I can hear you fine, I just didn't want him to know that I heard—that," Kerry said about whatever just happened there, "You're a popular girl," Meredith said to the female player, "No—"

Kerry shook her head, "I'm sure he's just overexcited, it is like a one in a million thing," The girl stated as Ryan looked down to the clipboard, "Actually it's more like a one in a six thousand, two hundred and fifty kind of thing," Lexie stated making the surgeons all turn to her, "Lighting kills between one hundred and fifty to three hundred people every year in the us alone,"

"Lexie—"

Mark then said making Lexie look to her superior, "No, I mean, it's still rare, I mean, it's not like say, handgun death," Lexie explained as Ryan looked at his sister, "I mean, that's one in three hundred and twenty-five—"

"Lexie,"

Mark then said to his ex, "You ok?" The Plastics surgeon questioned as his resident nods her head, "Yeah, no, I'm just saying— I'm saying she's lucky, that's, you know, hey, yay you," the resident said as Ryan chuckled.

Lexie sensing that it was getting awkward, "Can someone please check on Warren for me? I need to know if he's ok," Kerry admitted, "Is Warren your boyfriend?"

Kerry shook her head, "No, he's—no," She said as a tear fell down her face as Meredith nods her head, "Ok," she said walking out of the room.

Mark looked down to his patient, "You know, you've got two burst eardrums, but they will heal themselves, too," The Plastics attending stated as Kerry nods her head, "Great, thank you,"

"Popular girl."

Ryan furrowed his eyebrows at what his sister said when he then saw three guys come rushing into Kerry's hospital room, "Whoa. Hey!" Ryan held up his hands when looking at the three guys.

"Guys, you can't be in here." Meredith admitted when looking at the three flag football guys, "Everybody, shut up." Kerry said, to which the three guys did as she said, with Ryan looking impressed at that, "Ok, Warren. You talk."

The bald headed male smiled when he stepped forwards, "Kerry, I—" Ryan furrowed his eyebrows when seeing the face Warren had made before blood started to come from his mouth, "Whoa. Hey. Hey."

Ryan caught Warren just in time before he fell to the ground, "Page Bailey!" Karev demanded as Warren fell unconscious in Ryan's arms.

"Ryan, are you okay?"

April Kepner came to where Ryan was standing in front of the OR room where he almost died, "I'm ok—" He stopped when he looked at the small redhead, "Actually I don't think I'm ok, I got cleared for surgery, and all I've been doing all day is avoiding having to be down here again,"

"Ryan."

April looked up at the Grey male, "You saved me. You saved my life because I thought that saying for him to shoot me instead of going into Caitlin's OR or even Derek's one, that he would shoot me, and just leave everyone alone." He admitted, "But he didn't." He said, his eyes looking at the walls, "He shoot me twice just so I wasn't in his way,"

April came towards Ryan, "You did what you thought was helping them." Ryan shook his head, "I-I was being selfish. I wasn't thinking of how Meredith would felt if I had died, I wasn't thinking of anyone, I was only thinking about myself!"

April shook her head, "No, Ryan, you weren't." She said holding Ryan's arm when he went to move past her, "You thought that if he had shot you then he wouldn't of came into the OR, the same OR that your sister was in," She explained knowing that Ryan was beating himself over it, "You weren't being selfish. You were trying to be a hero." She said as Ryan came into April's arms who rubbed his back as he thought back the tears from falling down his face.

"I—thank you for saving me."

Ryan said when pulling back from April who half smiled, "Of course, who else will help me look after Caitlin when she has this baby?" Ryan half chuckled at April's words, actually excited about the baby being born, "How are you feeling?"

Ryan cleared his throat when he had gotten a page, "I'm feeling better," He said as April half smiled at him, "If you need someone to talk to, I'll be around." Ryan nods his head at April's words, "Thank you."
