Chapter 4. Dating?

"Well... You're cool-! Your a freaking pirate! That's- amazing!"

"You like pirates?"

"Uh- Yeah- Me and my Papa used to play pretend as them... I guess I've always liked them since... Didn't know I'd ever be part of an actual crew though!"

Ruin places one of their hand on Solar's face, giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"That's cute."
Ruin calmly stops, not processing what they just did.

"I- I- Um- w-what- I-"
Solar covers his blushed face, flustered beyond belief.

"Did you finish mopping the deck?"

"O-Oh- y-yeah- um- I'll go back- to doing that-"
Solar rushes back to mopping the deck, a large, somewhat goofy smile going through his face.

"Ruin- are we dating-?"

Dating...

"Yeah sure."

"Really-?! That's amazing!"

"Yeah..."
Ruin yawns again, slowly falling asleep, and after a minute, they flop onto the floor.

Solar's perspective:

"R-Ruin-?!"
Solar rushes over to Ruin, sitting them up, and seeing them fast asleep.

Ruin in their sleep, hugs into Solar, Solar's blushing only increasing in result.

I should bring Ruin to bed- where is their room-

Solar lifts up Ruin, who is shockingly lighter then expected.

Solar brings himself and Ruin over to the lower deck, making sure to position the mop against the wheel to stay on path.

"H-Hey- Ruin- fell asleep while steering the boat-"

"Oh- You should bring them to their bed then."
Gemini speaks up, who's sitting on a storage box, holding a small box of matches, Lunar nearby, holding a candle.

"... Where is that-?"

"That's a good question- uhh- Monty do you know-?"

"Captain typically just sleeps on the deck, or in the map room, though they do have a room, I forget where it is though."

"... I'll just put them in my bed-"

Solar goes over to his door, opening it up and entering, closes the door, and places Ruin on one end of the mattress.

Solar gets on the other end of the bed, putting the blanket over Ruin and himself.

Ruin rolls over, hugging onto the back of Solar, cuddling into him.

AAAAAH-

WE'RE CUDDLING-

I- I should go to sleep-

Sleep.

Go. To. Sleep.

I am kind of tried...

Solar falls asleep in Ruin's arms.

Lunar's perspective:

Gemini lights a match, and lights up the candle that Lunar has within a holder, Lunar placing it onto a small metal plate on a box.

"Now we have light!"

Right as the sun starts to set, the small candle makes a small warm ring of glow.

"Mhm!"
Gemini lifts Lunar onto the box with them, Lunar being roughly 2ft shorter then Gemini.

"Where's the others?"
Monty sits next to his room door on the ground.

"I think K.C. and Earth already fell asleep-"

"Eh, makes sense. Wasn't K.C. a pirate before joining our crew though?"

"Well K.C. is also the oldest, maybe he's just getting his necessary sleep!"

"K.C. isn't even five years older then me."

"Yeah, Monty, you, K.C. and Captain are the three oldests!"

"... Im only three years older then you Lunar."

I don't wanna play nice anymore.

"... Anyways, I don't really know where Sun and Moon are, I assume the two are sleeping already though. Monty can you get a new bottle of wine?"

"Yeah sure-"
Monty gets up, and opens the door to a small storage area.

"BOO!"
"BOO!"

Sun and Moon jump out from room, tackling Monty.
"AAAAAH-"

Sun and Moon scramble to get away from Monty, after tackling them.

"WHAT THE HELL- LUNAR."

"THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR CALLING ME OLD."

"I'M NOT OLD THOUGH-?! I'M NOT EVEN THIRTY YET!"

"You are on the older end out of eveyone though."
Sun and Moon chip, in, hiding behind a box.

Moon has a long ponytail in, which is tied in place with more of his own hair, Moon also has gunshot scars along his dark skin, along with a thumb missing from his right hand, also lighter patches of skin from his darker tone, scattered throughout his skin.

Sun has curly short hair, though is clearly lighter skinned then Moon, though still has lighter patches of skin along his body like Moon, though one of his eyes are blinded, the other being blurred, though you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at him.

"Yeah yeah, though just because y'all are young, doesn't make me old."

"It kind of does though in comparison-"

"Shut it short stuff."

Hmp.

"You aren't Captain."

"You lead me into a bad jump scare-"

"Hey it wasn't that bad."

"Wasn't that good either."

"Rude. Me and Moon waited in that room for hours!"

"You act like thats my fault."

"... It was Lunar's fault!"
Sun points in the general direction of where Lunar's voice was coming from, though accidentally ends up pointing towards Gemini.

"wHat-?! How is it my fault!"

Sun turns towards Lunar, repositioning his point slightly.

"You where supposed to tell Monty to get wine hours ago!"

"Wait- What time did you two go into the storage room-?"

Gemini chuckles.
"Sun and Moon entered at about... Three hundred ten."

"What- it's twenty-three hundred-?!"

"Yeah, Lunar was supposed to tell you when you first came down deck."

"Are you two hungry-?"

"Nope, we started eating the food after nine hours."

"... How much-"

"... A lot-"

Monty faceplams, and closes the storage door.
