Nate was a Human who lost his parents in the explosion, he was attacked by a Oni until he was saved by The Blasters, he soon learns something about his family tree and well soon realize he is The Next Yokai Emperor.
After Nate met the rest of The Blasters, Blizzie got a cell from a Yokai and was told about The Two Water Yokai Having A Fight at The River in The Human Realm, she hangs up and tells the rest about what's going on, Sgt. Burly orders his The Blasters including Nate to go to The River at The Human Realm and Stop The Fight between The Two Water Yokai, Nate doesn't know how to stop a fight but he ended up going with them anyway to get back to the Human Realm.
Two hours later, they arrived to The Human Realm and headed to the river.
Nate: Whisper, Why is a Mermaid & Kappa Fighting, I never seen two different species of Yokai Fighting Each other.
Whisper: Mermaids are known to be Sirens and Humans that has a fish tails instead of legs, Kappas are known to be terrifying creatures by humans due to them being violent but some of them are actually kind and never kill anyone, especially humans, their favorite foods are cucumbers.
Nate: they only eat cucumbers?

Whisper: thousands of them yes, but they come from different pantheons around the world, those who rule the heavenly kingdoms are known to Chief Gods.
