Grace raises her head from the airbag. She sees the seat next to hers is empty. Her head was fuzzy and her ears were ringing

"Elle! Elle! Elle" Grace yelled

Grace then sees Elle feet through the broken windshield. She takes off her seatbelt and gets out of the car.

"Elle! Oh, Elle! Help! Help!" Grace yelled. Her head was still ringing and her head was pounding. She and Elle had been in a crash. It came out of no where and she had no Idea how it had happened but it had

" Somebody, call 9-1-1! Help! Oh!" Grace said

" Oh, no. What should we... "

" Go! Help me! Help! I need an ambulance..." Grace said to sound of ringing in her ears and the feeling that her head was going to fall out was the least of her problems. She was scared for her sister

Meredith had gotten the call that her sisters had been involved in a crash. She knew Elle was in bad condition. She knew that she needed to find Jackson. She knew what he had done but she knew that he needed to know over Elle

"There you are" she said as she walked into the lover room as he looked to her

"What's up if you have come to have a go over how I messed up don't I need to find Elle"

"About Elle. There's been an accident" Meredith said as Jackson looked to her and paled

"What do you mean" Jackson asked. He felt sick. He felt as if his heart had shattered. He knew what he had done and how he hadn't messed up but he knew the thought of something happening to Elle it killed him

"She and Grace were in a crash. It's bad Jackson she's in bad condition" Meredith said as Jackson liked to her and paled.

He felt sick at the thought. He knew how he just wanted her to be okay. He knew how he had caused this and he couldn't forgive himself if something happened to Elle

He knew that he and Lexie were a mistake

In the ambulance bay, all doctors and residents are waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Jackson is panicking. He knew what he had done but he didn't want to loose Elle

"What the hell happened?" Jackson asked

" Car versus truck. That's all we know. " owen said

" And her injuries? What ... " Jackson asked

" We don't know yet. " Owen said

" Well, why the ... why the hell don't you know? Someone get me a trauma gown. " Jackson said as The ambulance can be heard approaching.

"Jackson, you need to sit this one out. " Richard said

" I'm not sitting this one out. That's Elle." Jackson said

" Which is why you can't. I'm sorry. You can't be a doctor on this one. "
