Elle woke up in bed and groaned. She was hung over since the party and she hated it. All that she could think over was The kiss that she had with Jackson

Elle looked to see grace as she walked into the room "hey. You look how I feel" grace said as Elle sighed

"You ended up with mark Sloan. Do you want to tell me what happened with the two of you" Elle asked as grace looked to her and rolled her eyes

"No. Do you want to tell me what is going on with pretty boy and you. I saw you looking cosy at the party" grace asked as Elle looked to her and rolled her eyes

"No...nothing is going on with me and Jackson. So I have no idea what your talking over" she said as grace looked to her and smirked

"What's er you say. All I am saying is that you have a connection. It's only going to be so long before you give in" grace said as Elle looked to her and rolled her eyes

Elle sighed to herself as she walked down the hallway of the hospital. Her head was a mess and she couldn't stop thinking dr the drunken kiss that she had with Jackson, she knew that it shouldn't of happened but it did and now Ella felt as if everything between them had changed and she didn't like it

"Elle....dr grey" Jackson called from behind her as he followed her down the hall. Elle sighed to herself as she placed her phone on her hand onto her pocket and turned to face him and sighed

"what do you want?" She asked as he looked to her

"I want to talk, about the kiss" he said as she looked to him

"there was no kiss" Elle said as he looked to her. He looked to her and frowned as she went to walk off as he went to grab her arm as he pulled her aside

"I think you and I know that it was more than a drunken Kiss Elle, I could tell by the way that you were kissing me back" he said as she looked to him and sighed

"I am not that girl, all the other residents are cooing over their love life's and I am not that girl especially for you pretty boy" Elle said as Jackson looked to her and smirked

"you can call me pretty boy all you want, but your just a smart and beautiful as I am, we are both judged on our looks besides you will always be one of the pretty grey twins" he said as she looked to him and sighed

"The pretty grey twins really" she asked as he nodded

"I'm not saying no, just maybe not yet" she said as she walked off as he looked to her and smirked

Elle stood in the clinic and frowned as she saw that Izzie was back. She looked to see Meredith and Cristina as they stood talking with her. Elle saw Alex as he walked in and saw izzie

"Alex" Elle said as she walked after him. He looked as he kicked a medicine trolley and walked after him and smiled

"I'm sorry, I didn't know she was here. I just saw her I swear" Elle said

•she walked out on me Elle and here she is back here" Alex said as Elle smiled. Elle pulled him into a hug and smiled

"I know what she's done but she is still your wife and you need to talk to her and decide what you want, if you want to end your married or if you think it is worth saving" Elle said as she sighed to see that Bailey was paging her and sighed

"She's right you know. Your better off without izzie in my opinion but you do need to make a decision" grace said as she appeared with a coffee.

Elle gave her twin a look. She knew that she was up to something

"are you going to be okay?" Ella asked as Alex looked to her and smiled

"Elle es" he said as she stood up and walked off as she went to find Bailey knowing that she had a job to do and that she needed to clear her head over what was going on with her and Jackson

she didn't know what she wanted and she didn't know if she wanted to ruin their good friendship

Elle found doctor Bailey at the nurses station "you paged"

"the chief has an ileostomy and I want you to scrub in, as long as you tell me that you are not the one who is having an affair with him" Bailey said as Elle looked to her in shock

"doctor Bailey, I am in no way sleeping with anyone especially not the chief, besides Isnt he married" Elle said

"never you mind, just forget it" doctor Bailey said as she walked off. Elle walked into the patient room and paled as she looked to the patient

"er doctor Bailey, the chief patient is yellow" Elle said as Bailey walked in and frowned

"come on, we need to so an ultrasound" Bailey said as Elle nodded as she got to ultrasound machine ready

"the chief only took out his gallbladder, there was no signs of liver disease or cancer was there" Elle asked as she looked over the patient chart as Elle frowned as she looked to Bailey

"you don't think that the chief accidentally clipped the common bile duct?" Elle asked

"that's one of the most serious mistakes a general surgeon can make so we can't make this accusation lightly, not a word to anyone and do some tests so we can find out where this discolouration is from" Bailey said as Elle looked to her and nodded

Elle stood in the canteen at lunch as Jackson walked over to her and smiled

"it's funny, I know you said you wanted time and since that I haven't been able to stop thinking over you" he said

"don't, I mean it. This is not the place, besides I hear your working with Cristina and you couldn't stop raving about her before we kissed" Elle said as Jackson looked to her and smiled

"I mean sure she is bad ass but she isn't as fierce and bad ass as you are" Jackson said as Ella took a sip of her drink and chuckled

"your only saying that as you want to see me naked" she said as he smirked

"now that is an image I'd love to see" Jackson said

"later doctor Avery" Elle said as she walked over and sat with grace and Meredith . Meredith looked toe and frowned

"what's going on there?" Meredith asked as Elle smiled

"nothing" Elle said as Meredith looked to her younger sister and raised an eyebrow at her. She was far from convinced

Elle sat in the basement and sighed as she saw Jackson as he walked over. He sat on the gurney next to her

"thanks for coming" she said as he looked to her and smiled

"I don't know what I want but you were right when you said that the kiss me and something and I think I want to try but if we are going to do this, do us then I want to keep it with us. No one else can know, not yet" she said as he looked to her and smiled

"we can do that" he said as they sat facing each other for a moment as he grabbed her by the waist and kissed her

Elle kissed him back as she wrapped her arms around his neck and moaned into the kiss as he pushed her down onto the gurney as he was on top of her and they made out passionately but could they develop being more than friends especially when they had a sexual connection between them
