Elle couldn't stop thinking over Jackson and what was going on. She knew how they had kissed and now she didn't know what to think over it. Elle looked as grace walked into the room and looked to her and smiled

"Hey. Do you have any idea what is going on with mer and the chief. I dint know what is going on but derek and Meredith are arguing over it all" grace asked as Elle sighed

"I don't know. It's a mess but whatever it is they will sort it it's mer and derek I mean they always sort it. Are you okay I know what there is something going on with you and mark"

"Like you and Jackson?" Grace asked as Elle looked to her and rolled her eyes

"You are really have too much sex. Knocked your head too much have we" Elle asked

"No and how about you. What's going on with you" grace asked as Elle looked to her and raised an eyebrow

"If that is your way of asking if I am having sex I'm not. Jackson Avery and I are just friends" Elle said as grace smirked

"Whatever you say" grace said. Grace wasn't stupid and she knew her twin sister and she knew that there was something going on with her and Jackson and she knew it was more than friendship even if Elle wouldn't admit it

Elle got to the hospital as she see grace who was pacing the hallways. Elle looked to her sister and frowned "what's going on with you" Elle asked as grace looked to her and sighed

"Mark is a father and not to a kid. No. To ab eighteen year old flashes her boob is pregnant kid. I....I could scream I mean what the hell" she said as Elle looked to her sister and smiled

"Okay calm down" Elle said as grace sighed

"I thought that you and mark weren't serious"

"We are. It's early days I was just scared to admit it and now he's about to be a granddad and his kid is named sloan I mean I don't know if I can cope with this" grace said

"Your scared it's normal I mean this was just sprung onto you but this isn't your fault. It will be okay. Talk to mark, if you are serious over it then you need to see where he stands and he could use the support. It's not asking any of you right now" Elle said as she comforted her sister as grace looked to her and smiled

"I guess" grace said as Elle smiled

"Don't let our mom and our mommy issues with her come between you and mark and what you can have" Elle said as grace looked to her and nodded

Elle walked into the skills lab and sat with Alex, Cristina and Meredith "how's grace" Meredith asked as she looked to her sister

"Freaking out and I can't blame her I mean I'd be the same I mean how would you of reacted if Derek had a daughter with say Addison at the time" Elle asked

"I think that you know how I would of reacted" Meredith said as Elle smiled

"This is the best thanksgiving ever. No obnoxious relatives.
No stupid traditions. No going around the table and saying
What you're grateful for" Cristina said

"Yeah, I think we should do the opposite. Talk about what we're not grateful for" Alex said

"The merger." Cristina
