The Thakur family gathered anxiously outside the doors of the maternity ward, anticipation hung thick in the air like a heavy fog. Inside, Kritika, labored bravely, her cries echoing through the corridors as she prepared to bring new life into the world.

Devanshi stood at the forefront of the group, her heart pounding with a mixture of excitement and nervousness as she awaited news of the impending arrival. Beside her, her grandmother sat on the sofa praying for the well-being of both the mother and the baby.

Minutes stretched into hours as the family waited with bated breath, their hopes and fears intertwined as they prayed for a safe delivery. And then, finally, the moment they had all been waiting for arrived-the sound of a newborn's cries echoed through the halls, signaling the arrival of a new member of the Thakur family.

Devanshi's heart swelled with emotion as she rushed to Kritika's side, her eyes brimming with tears of joy as she caught her first glimpse of her newborn niece. The baby lay cradled in Kritika's arms, her tiny fingers grasping at the air as she let out a wail.

"She's beautiful," Devanshi breathed, her voice filled with awe and wonder as she reached out to gently stroke the baby's cheek. "Kisi ki nazar na lage." She casted the evil eyes away.

As the family gathered around the newborn, Devanshi's grandmother turned to her with a solemn expression. "Devanshi, beta," she began, her voice tinged with gravity. "Tum humari laado ki badi bua ho aur ye tumhara haq hai iska naamkaran karne ka."

Devanshi's heart swelled with pride at the honor bestowed upon her, her mind racing with thoughts of the perfect name for her niece. "I... I have the perfect name," she declared, her voice ringing with conviction.

"Beta naamkaran ke lie ruk jao abhi." Her bua teased.

"Are bua, thank you aapne mera itna pyara naam rakha." She kissed the elder lady's cheek.

Devanshi dialed Shubman's number, her heart fluttered with excitement at the prospect of sharing the news of her newborn niece with him. After a few rings, Shubman answered, his voice filled with warmth and anticipation.

"Devanshi," Shubman greeted, his tone filled with repulse at the sound of her voice. "What do you want now."

"Badhao ho, aap fufaji ban gaye ho," Devanshi exclaimed, her voice bubbling with excitement. "Ladki hui hai."

Shubman's heart soared at the news, his face breaking into a wide grin. "That's amazing! I wish I could be there to meet her in person," Shubman admitted, his voice tinged with regret.

Devanshi's heart skipped a beat at his words, her eyes misting with tears of gratitude. "You have to be there for the naamkaran. Varna aapki bhatiji naraz ho jayegi," she playfully said . "Aur hone wali biwi bhi."

"Of course," Shubman replied, his voice filled with sincerity. "Dono ko naraz nahi kar sakte."
