chapter 11~ rebellion

its been a couple weeks, and you noticed anne doesnt particularly like you, causing you to push away from ominis and sebastian. you still worked with rookwood. and one of these days was a day you were pissed off. 

you were with tom and ranrok at a little ruin castle of rookwoods relative. you had searched it before but they wanted to do another round. "useless child" ranrok spoke looking at you only getting a scoff. 

tom had noticed 2 boys hiding behind a bush. "sebastian, austin i would you know" tom spoke but they were both looking at you. "remind me why i shouldnt shove my foot up your ass" you were getting down on his level. "you listen to me" ranrok spoke. "no one said i had to listen to a pathetic excuse for a failed troll" you spoke spitting on him walking away. 

"shes in a bad mood" austin spoke "thats why i said you shouldnt be here" tom spoke. sebastian was just looking at you. he noticed your unusual pull away, so he asked austin to take him to see why. 

"avada" ranrok tried only for you to cast a spell faster that sent him flying into the castle walls. and as the boys watched the scene of you using a spell with your hand to slam him against the ground is only when tom stopped you. "your letting your emotions get to you" tom spoke pulling you away. "rookwood will hear about this y/n, he will ill make sure you die" ranrok spoke only meaning it was time for you and tom to leave. 

it was only then the 2 boys followed you and tom. "you never told us you can cast with your hands" austin spoke up which made you jump. "when the hell did you get here" you smiled at him. only to look to see sebastian and then look away. "what the fuck did you do" tom asked him. 

"i dont remember doing anything" sebastian answered him. you and austin walked ahead. 

"so just out of the blue she just sort of....stopped?" tom asked sebastian. "yeah, just randomly" he said back. "what the fuck did you do" tom asked again. "nothing, i mean im not there every night cause anne wants to be with me. i dont sleep with her anymore cause anne wants to sleep with me, i dont sit with her anymore cause anne" sebastian stopped himself. "do you think?" 

"its anne. y/n is quick to pick up cues like that. if she senses that your hanging out with one person more then her shes going to be quick for it. seeing as how she stuck around longer then usual im assuming it was her own judgement trying to say its your sister and its fine" tom explained. 

"so my sister is what? ruining it for me?" sebastian asked. he still had every intention to be with you when all this was over. "talk to her and talk to anne. youd be surprised how truthful y/n is" tom spoke. "and get slammed into the floor? i think ill pass" sebastian added. 

he could only watch as you and austin were laughing, your whole demeanor changed in the blink of an eye. he felt like he was getting somewhere only for it to fall. "word of the wise, you know why everyone says its hard for her to fall in love?" tom asked "yeah?" 

"its because once y/n knows the feeling of it she breaks herself down so she doesnt." tom spoke looking at you. "so your telling me" sebastian tried to talk before he got cut off. 

"yes sebastian, it could be her trying to stop the feelings, or it could be anne" tom clarified. austin on the other hand loved being treated like he was your hero. you only treated him that way since he was doing all your dirty work. you hated to manipulate him into doing it, but it saved you the effort since he was already doing it. 

when you got closer to your head base the 2 boys hid. "you cant ram ranrok into the floor and wall" rookwood came out and started talking. "he made me mad" you answered him in that same little pissed off tone.  "my pretty lady" he spoke rubbing your cheek. "we both hate it, but its what we have to do" he said more pulling his hand away pushing you inside.
