•• Chapter Fifty eight ••

Start from the beginning

"Salt. It's a binding agent for a spell." Stefan stated, looking down to the ground, Vivian notices the line that most likely went all around the school.

"Meaning, we're trapped here." Damon says.

"Oh, that's just great." Vivian said.

"Come on." Stefan said, "let's go get Bonnie."

———

Stefan, Damon, Vivian stood watching as Bonnie Bennett did her witchy thing, she stood in the middle of the floor with her hands out while not only her date, and Jeremy watch, but also Klaus. Vivian had no idea why he was even here, dressed in an all white suit, he watched the witch with an impatient glare as he stood before her.
His eyes shifted towards Vivian and
Slightly smirked.

"Are you going to help her or not?" He asked.

Vivian stood straight. She had been leaning up against the desk just as Damon had been and it wasn't until now that she noticed. But Klaus's words struck a nerve and she couldn't think about Damon right now. She moved forward and he didn't even react before she held out her hand to strangle him. She was inches close to his neck before Stefan quickly stoped in front of her and Klaus, her eyes watched Klaus's with hatred as he stood behind Stefan with a smug look upon his face.

She moved forward again and Stefan puts his hands on her shoulder and turns her towards Bonnie and away from Klaus.

"It's not a bad idea." Bonnie says, in her quiet voice. Vivian's hands shook lightly. She looked between Damon and Stefan and hesitated.

"I don't know what I'm doing." She said.

"Come on, it can't be that hard. Let's just get on with this, while we're all still breathing. All boundary spells have a loophole." Klaus says, looking between every one. Vivian bites her young and moves towards Bonnie.
Bonnie sends Vivian a look and starts saying the Latin words, Vivian easily picks them up and repeats her. However, nothing happens.

"So much for that." Vivian says, with slight disappointment.

"People are walking right out of the dance, " the voice of Matt announces as he enters the room, "past the barrier."

"Well, if Matt and I can leave, we can stop Esther ourselves. We gotta find out where she is." Jeremy suggests.

"Suicide, Jeremy." Stefan tells him. Without hesitation, Klaus speeds forwards towards Bonnie's date and puts his hands around his throat.

"Suicide would be disappointing me." He says, "now work your magic, witch? Or I'll start killing people you fancy." He turns to Vivian and says, "don't think that doesn't imply to you, either."

"Let him go, Klaus." Vivian demands.

"Not until She gets us out of here."

"Ah, don't be stupid. Bonnie doesn't give a damn about us." Stefan says, walking towards Klaus. "The only reason she's helping right now is to save Caroline and Tyler. You start killing people she cares about, she'll tell us to go to hell." Klaus hesitated, really hesitated as he looked between Stefan and the boy he was holding, but he let him go.

"Good thing there's two witches now, isn't there?" Klaus smirks.

"Grab that map on the wall." Bonnie instructed, towards Vivian as they enter the classroom. She rips it off the wall and placed it on the desk. Bonnie adjusts the lamp as Damon and Klaus enter the room.

"Here." Damon says, as he hands Bonnie a vial,
"Jeremy made a little Gilbert blood donation for your spell."

"I have to do this with you two lurking over me?" Bonnie deadpanned, annoyedly. Klaus said nothing about her comment. But Damon didn't.

"You're still mad at me for what happened to Abby." Damon says, referring to her mother he forcibly turned into a vampire. "Let me apologize." Vivian bit the side of her cheek as she stood on their other side of the desk.

"Sorry Elijah forced us to turn your mother into a vampire to save Elena." Damon exclaimed, "didn't exactly have a choice."

"There's always a choice. Whenever you make one, someone else suffers." Bonnie reported.

"Normally I'd agree, however, what he did, did in fact save Elena." Vivian let the words spew out before she could stop herself. Both Bonnie and Damon turned to look at her, but before either of them could utter a reply, Klaus cut in.

"Let's cut the dramatics and begin, shall we."

Bonnie grabbed the vile from Damon, who wouldn't take his eyes off Vivian. Bonnie poured the blood onto the map and started chanting her words. However the blood wouldn't move and spread out like it normally would. Something was blocking what Bonnie was doing.

"Esther is fighting me."

"Esther couldn't possibly have..." says Klaus, "unless she's channeling something."

"A hot spot."

"Get the humans ready." Klaus demands. "I know where she is."
